When cooking:
Honey and dark soya sauce for chicken.
Honey and mustard for gammon.
Garlic and salt for pork.
Garlic, balsamic vinegar and rosemary for lamb.
Just salt for beef.
Lemon and salt for fish.

When on the plate:
Balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt for salad.
Mayonnaise for chips and anything that has been boiled.

Now I am hungry.. :Fridge:

Mayonaise.
First thing I put on my cheeseburger. Add ketchup, and you just recreated the Big Macs special sauce.

Ketchup itself is good, but over rated and over used, and I never have anything ill to say about mustards.

Now relish to me is a little gross.
I know and accept that some people like it, but its just wrong to me and my taste buds.
Real Hot Dogs have a pickle slice and a dash of celery salt, not chopped up pretend pickles.

Onions go into everything. Besides the fact that they're good for you, they spice everything naturally. Peanut butter=yummy.
Cinnamon goes into everything to do with apples.
I also prefer whole black pepper that you can ground yourself to the powder you get in shops.

So many to name. With mayonaise you can mix in so much to create a delicious dip. With ketchup you can add Chili powder and cover it over you chicken breast and peppers and put into a panini. Mustard adds a lovely spice to any bland or watery food.

Salad cream and gravy? Ewwww! Are you nuts? Lol

Chocolate sauce FTW!! I can put it on every single dessert. There is a chinese restaurant near my flat that has buffet service for some hours. I love to go because you can have profiterols and chocolate sauce for dessert. So I take one of the bowls for soup, put 4-5 profiterols inside... and add warm chocolate sauce up to half way up... yummm....

I like BBQ sauce too!! And as it is almost calories free (unless you have loads, of course), it is great for when I feel guilty and I avoide the mayonnaise. Very Happy= :D

Hmmm.

I think bacon bits count as a condiment. Can I get a ruling by the judges?
I would have to think anything added to make something better is a condiment.
I myself have little to no concern about eating bacon bits right out of the shaker but me eating them straight forward shouldn't effect their condiment status.

Bacon bits on mac and Cheese.

MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Its not as gross as it sounds

I like ketchup, pickles, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, teryaki sauce on chicken, and a few others. Ketchup is overused, but that's because it tastes better than most of the things you'd eat it with.
