i suck in mp. it took me 15 days to go to lvl 14 and i have been fined 7 times bcoz of electricity cuts can anyone tell me a way to get most out of my playin time. i always reach lvl 12 then i get fined i go to lvl 10 then lvl 8 i am annoyed by this

Can you be more specific? If you can put together a list of some things you are having specific problems with then why not ask for help at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], a thread on this site devoted to finding solutions to players' problems. If you can post some video of what's going wrong that would be even better.
