I finally got my You Can't Break Me today. I just need Rock a Rhyme; You Run, I'll Shoot (yeah, like that's gonna happen); and Still Alive.

Wow, nice one. I don't really have a taste for co-op but I'll probably be asking you for help with those trophies sooner or later.

Co-Op is something of an oddity among the game's online community, it seems. My guess is that that's because most people will try Co-Op matchmaking once or twice to get the Thrill Seeker and Buddy System trophies, and not much else. But the mode can be really fun if you gather a trio of people with mics, patience, and an affinity for headshots. Mics help coordinate, patience helps one to not take stupid risks, and headshots... well, I think we all know how headshots work. But Co-Op is definitely a lot less brutal and a lot more fun if you run through it with buddies instead of complete strangers. It's all about the coordination in Co-Op - knowing what's happening where; knowing which situations are covered and which ones need the effort of more than one person. There's definitely more of a direct need for teamwork in Co-Op than in the average Competitive game. Of course, Competitive has its own merits...

Congrats, Turtle! I know how long you've been working on those trophies.

If you guys are in need of a Hard or Crushing partner, count me in. I need both sets of trophies again, for Ames, but I have earned them on Endlo, so it's not unfamiliar territory.

I think we're all pretty well caught up on this, but if anybody needs their Survival, Gold Rush or Siege trophies, I'm down for those, as well. So much fun.

When do they lock a thread and create a new one? If I understand correctly there has been another U2 thread that is still viewable but is locked. Will they do that to this one?

I think it has to do with the number of post in the thread. At some point the earlier posts are moved and locked, and the newer ones are left in an unlocked thread.

The Bethesda mods do something similar last I checked. At MyRes and the Insomniac forums, you get threads with hundreds and hundreds of pages.

For my first day back for about two weeks, I did fantastic. I only had 5 games under 2.0. and I played for almost 2 housr I never got to talk to anyone though Nobody had their mics on.
Highlight of the night:
Look at this *N-word*, jumping around with the sniper rifle.
BAM! Blindfire kill.
*N-word*'s got hopps! He took it well, which I liked.

I'm going to be getting this game soon in a couple of weeks.Is there anything I really need to know before I start playing seeing as that I haven't played the first game?

Don't camp. Be ready. Burst fire. Much much much more. Maybe read the older posts, and get a better idea of what this game is about. I hope to play with you sometime, and that you'll enjoy the game

Thanks Charlitos. I intend to do what I did with MW 2: Play and finish the story before jumping into online multiplayer so I'm more familiar with how the game works and plays. I'll be sure to get in game with you soon.

Hey Street, glad to hear that you'll be getting this game, excellent choice. If you want to get some really good practice in (man I feel like an advertisement firm, I hate myself) every weekend we'll be getting together in a custom game to practice tactics, techniques, tips, map routes and tons of other things so if you're interested follow the link in my signature. Was that a little too much?

The campaign is great. It was the deal maker for the game of the year.

Camera Angles. Know your maps/weapon spawns (These are easy to get used to very quickly. Check my videos OR get one of us and we can go into a bunch of customs with yuou and give ya a hands on walkthrough), Burst fire the AK, Learn to read the flow of a match

Shoot the guys with the red names. Avoid throwing grenades at the one's whose are green.

Yeah, I still haven't gotten around to get that last crushing on....Village I think
