Congratulations, Ratchet. I remember how excited I was, when I finally hit I. Veiled is pretty hit or miss, I know Vash loved it, I wasn't a fan at all.

Invalid is definitely where it's at. Raking in 50k every game is great, and I'm pretty sure I powered through II & III in something around a week. Definitely a different experience, though, and there's a ton to learn from it.


Last night was a ton of fun. I think the small departure from Deathmatch was nice. I'm not a huge Objectives fan, but it's pretty hard to not enjoy big K/Ds and Plunder shutouts. Did we have one last night that wasn't? Plus, we got to pull off DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE again. Things never go wrong when that happens.


Vash needs to do some GAU workshops. Two Tripleds, and we were up 44-14 when they finally broke through my side, and broke us up. We haven't lost a game on Village in such a long time.

I'm curious to see how map openers have changed, as we've all grown a bit, and in the wake of 1.05. Would anyone be interested, if I were to put a post together, discussing my opens, and other strong options?

I'd like to see it. I may not have anything to respond with, but I'd certainly appreciate the input.

Awesome. I'm stuck with the PS3 browser right now, so it might not get posted right away, but I'll definitely get it up in the next few days. I'll try to discuss my openings, and the reasoning behind them, and I'll also try to touch upon some of the ways I try to handle a map long-term. Things like the Village strat that Vash and I use, or certain traps that I've seen consistently.

I was on about 3:41 am my time. But you werent there for my drunk ass. Went negative a couple games and then went 11 - 2 for my last one before I called it quits because my buddy was passed out on my couch and I needed to get us up for the USA vs Canada olympic hockey game tomorrow.

I'll bet they are. Vash left pretty early, and I wasn't feeling up to solo, so I left shortly after. Might hit it today. Gonna try at least, I might be MIA for a few days, until I get used to my work schedule.

Had a completely awful night, last night. Picked up two Unlucky, went negative a few times, and just couldn't find my groove at all. Got DC'd a bunch, too. Hopefully tonight will be better, but I guess it couldn't be much worse? I'll hit that VI eventually. Then I'm one step closer to my Glass Jaw.

Oh man, I can't believe I missed it! Congrats, man. That's crazy. Now I can roll with all X's. Yeah! I still think Vash and I should've played on Knux's account non-stop to try to race you for it.

And, will do. I should be on for a few hours tonight, Sponge. They delayed my training tomorrow, so I'll be on a bit later. I'm pretty sure I don't start my normal schedule until Monday, but I'll be free all day, Thursday, and most of the weekend. I'll be on relatively late after then, my shifts don't start until 11:30, so I can sleep in a bit.


I hope tonight goes better than last night. I just couldn't find my groove at all last night, and it seems like every game I was doing moderately well in, something would go wrong with my connection. Here's to hoping to a better night. I'm not too far away from my VI, but I might be too far away to make it tonight, still. We'll see how it goes, I guess.

Yup. There are two new maps, that were apparently inspired by UC1, which I have no idea about. Need to get that, still. A bunch of new skins are coming out, including Navarro, Roman, Eddie Raja, and some UC1 inspired outfits for our band of heroes.

The Wes is hinted at coming into multiplayer, in the new maps, as well. Such a stylish handgun. The new trophies are also unlocked by the DLC download. X Melee kills, X Stealth Kills, X Gametype wins, things of that nature. Should be pretty sweet.


Uh...I'll try to get something posted, I have an idea, but I want to mull it over with Vash or Raist, and see if there's a simple way I could possibly just raffle/lottery out some gameshare type deal, with some of my free downloads. I owe Vash one, for picking me up the skins-pack, but I might have a few to hand out. I'll see what I can come up with. That sound interesting to anyone?

Also, I might just wait until Thursday/Friday, to do that map opener post, to try to get some feel for the new maps, and include those, as well.

Not sure yet. I've been so busy with my work training, that I've been missing out on UC2, and haven't had much time to even have a thought to myself, quite yet.

My schedule changed, but I'll see what I can't do, to get that stuff out earlier than whenever I can find time to get on, on Thursday. I might have Vash DL it, and then however I decide to get these handed off, just have him or myself dole out password/username.


Totally gonna get my UC2 on this weekend, though, and I'll try to be on Thursday night, to get a feel for the new maps. I still want to do a larger post, on map openings, and overall things I've noticed, but I'll probably wait until I can include The Sunken Ruins and The Facility, as well.

Yup, I have. Been so long that I don't even rightly remember the rules. Though if the game continued on with the errata like it was want to when I played, then that's not really a problem. lol
