He would have quit out of a few matches to get the quit penalty

That's one the first things that happened to me and started me on my "I don't like U2 anymore" road.

I would search for a match, the game would put me in one with me all by myself, canceled the match and then gave me a quit penalty. I didn't even see any game and it gave me a penalty for nothing.

the thing that really annoys me is that the only reason why that penalty what put in place was to stop those people who would go into a game and go AFK once the thing started, that is one reason why I want a late game entry option in U3, so we are not punished in game modes like plunder because 1-2 people on our team are just sitting in the spawn point and not contributing to the team

Ive once gotten a penalty because my PS3 froze up and it quit me out... man i was pissed...

yeah the penalties are just ridiculous because the server can't tell the difference between a connection error/frozen PS3/kicked from game due to AFK

Which is why I approved ND going with a tier system so a poor level 6 wouldn't get hit with a 40,000 hit hehe.

oh totally agree with you there, Raist, I just despise how maybe 1% of the U2 community has made the rest of us suffer

imo that level cap raise was a massive jump, 60-80? They should have done 60-65 or 60-70, its just not worth getting to level 80 in this game anymore, too many shenanigans and there are no benefits for reaching it

Oh yeah. I was verrrrrrry upset. But then I realized that I don't have to keep going for something that I won't enjoy getting to, and then I got my ducks in a row. But that seriously did suck

I won't even bother going anywhere past lvl 60 , in fact it's a struggle to get to 60 , as soon as I put on negatives I play like trash and getting online the problem as I have other games to play etc , if there's another cash weekend or more than 1 of you guys are playing hit me an invite and I'll consider joining . As for the level cap I agree they should have only gone to lvl 70 and you get Dutch at 65 etc , or at least decreased the cash required per level.....

when I was playing WoW they first increased the level cap to 70 and then like a year and a half or two years later is when they increased it to 80, I know you can't do this with a PS3 game since there is too much competition but I think most of the U2 community stopped leveling at 70 lol

Doesn't concern me one bit since I'm still in the low 40's! hahah

I am however looking to kicks some serious butt when UC3 comes out.

I found it hilarious when 60 lost it's ambiguity. People where so mad that their real skill and accomplishments where being shown.

Same with level 80s. You can tell the REAL 80s from the "chain reaction 80's. "

I remember coming back to this game from a 2 month hiatus/mega ragequit and I made an 80 ragequit in my third game. Garbage.

lol I try to avoid rage quitting games but it can't always be helped, if only I could always remind myself that the crazy shit will end eventually, I actually have rage quitted before when I'm getting spawn camped or something ridiculous like that

No one spawn camps in this game since the spawns got fecked by 1.07

and yet it has happened to me.......oh well its the wonder of life but also remember I said "spawn camped or something ridiculous like that" lol

I guess I'm "lucky" in a way as I didn't start playing on line until last August so I missed all the previous updates that seem to have "ruined" this game for some people.
I don't rage quit (even though I have been known to come out of games with no kills) but I wish they would do something about the matchmaking. I actually let a low level kill me the other day because I felt sorry for him. It was the only one he got and he appeared to hide for the rest of the match.

yeah, that is the problem because low levels nowadays come in two types: the true low levels where this is their first account and the low levels who have high level accounts and have been playing this game since release, you never know what you are going to get
