I can tell you from my own experience from restarting, it was totally weird! You expect the enemy team to play differently (more out of being used to it since I play more on my high level account) and when they did something that I didn't it took me about 4 secs to get over the shock of it, I usually got over it quickly enough to get the kill but still, was so weird

I'm not experiencing anything as exciting as playing UC2 through an earthquake (although Colorado did have some early this morning south of me ) but I've gotten hosed from quitting server penalties the past couple of days. I'm not quitting but after the matchup I get to the screen just before you go to the map and it starts playing the music over and over. I've gotten hit with this about 6 or 7 times the past 2 days or about half the games I started. I'm a level 34 and its a pretty big hit dollar,perk and skillwise for me. I've checked my internet connection and it test pretty good. Game disc is clean and no other problems anywhere else. Any solutions to this situation?

Sorry, rrwatch, I think its more of a server issue or more specifically a server issue with your internet, I myself had a very bad problem with U2 online when I was using Optimum Online (iO version of internet) but then my family finally said enough of paying the Dolins and we got FiOS instead, not regretting the switch at all and I am having almost no problems with U2 now, I think my only problems are more of a server issue than anything else

I deleted the game data from my PS3 using the game Data Utility then reinstalled the game. Played 3 games which is something I haven't been able to do for the last few days. I think its fixed. Thanks for your input Vrals597 !

Np dude, like I said I had a massive problem with U2 myself before I switched internet providers, so thought that that might have been the problem, but you figured it out yourself, which is good

I like to shorten names also but.... I'm new here and with my luck I would offend someone so I try to use full names. Getting back to topic R2 is running great for me since I deleted the game data and did a reinstall. If anyone gets similar problems to mine I would highly suggest doing that. Got my butt chewed off all day yesterday. I ran into nothing but teams consisting of highly leveled shields. I was the baby almost every time. Finally I got an invite from a friend who is an 80 but that seemed to make matters worse. Played one team with 3 80's on it. Not a happy ending for me. The fews kills I got were satisfying but rare. I do pretty good when I get matched up to players around own level 34 but it looks like I'm one of the few that low. On a lighter note I wish there was a translation device on multiplayer so I could tell when players speaking languages I don't understand are makng fun of me. I just laugh but I think some of the comments were not gentlemanly.

Me: " Ha, ha, sure"

Yeah, I used to have a problem with that, I just learned to ignore it over time. Now about your level, I recommend just sticking with it, before you know it you will reach the point where you get to play against people your level ALL the time, you'll have to hit the high 40s or low 50s before you get to this phase but I guarantee you that you will get good numbers consistently once you hit that point, and once you start to get access to negative boosters I highly recommend using them, I found that they not only improved my play as a general matter but I also did pretty well when I was actually using them

I am sooo tired of the crappy matchmaking in this game. Am I the only player in the level thirties in the whole dam game ?? I had a so called optimal match tonite, five level "80's" against two "80's" a a "43" a "50" and my "37". WTF?, does ND know what optimal means ?? It is so frustrating. I don't know if UC3 will be any better....... maybe the powerplays will let me get some skill without getting creamed 5 seconds after I spawn ... if that. I got shot through a friggin wall... how does that happen ?

time after time ive gone up against partys of 80s and 70s. im not THAT good.
