My experiences with them were not so hot either. But when I joined it had just started. I dont think they had it all worked out yet.
I'd wait over a week for anything on que, while netflix was here in 2 days. Made no sense.
They may be ok now. They have more distribution centers.

I wish I would have seen this thread before I rented this game. I seen it at Blockbuster on the top ten rented games so i got it. I only made it through about half an hour before I called them to see if I could swap it for anything else but they said I could only swap it for another copy of the game. WTF is the point in that? I did go ahead and finish it since I did pay for it. It has gold medals for completing every level which felt kinda cheap.
