| Just had a look at it on Amazon. I have to say, the idea of it sounds pretty good. And you get to blow stuff up which is always a good thing. Looking forward to your review, Bunny. Need to know how suitable it is for older thumbs. |

| Controls are complex with orders etc ... but not impossible .. I think it's just a matter of getting used to them. Damage system is actually quite awesome. NOT a Run-n-Gun game. Graphics are better than I expected. Music is bizarre but appropriate. Sound is F'n awesome. GFX effects are really quite good *explosions, vehicle and personnel movement* .. Orders are followed well with decent support and enemy AI weapon choices are awesome and you can pick up, swap weapons from enemies or ammo boxes I'm kinda digging it I'm not disappointed with it *I've only run one mission* Haven't run Online so I don't know about the server Lag that MTF was griping about 2-8 online coop campaign or 1v1 Annihilation (TDM) and infiltration (King of the Hill) with AI played the first mission twice: 4 deaths trying to get used to commands (don't exit Helicopter mid-air crashed it into the ocean radar is nice, no overhead markers (ala R2), so you have to LOOK for your enemy. Objectives are multistages with some options. Open world is great. Vehicles present for combat (command, pilot, gunner, passanger option) or transport Nice touches in the game. |

| sorry i should explain i only play online i don't bother with story or even coop i like run and gun style only a couple maps and just tdm and obj for online you can't configure your controller which ruins the game the controls are slugish to react even though i have it at 100% those are the problems i have with the game |

| This is definately a game of patience and prep (knowing the command locations and your team capabilities) if you're not up to doing that, the game is not for you.
Rent or borrow unless you have time/patience to play and enjoy |

| ok, I think that rules it out. I haven't played FO3 since I bought it in January because it takes so very long. The FPS games work for me 'cause you can play in half-hour chunks if necessary. |

| Well, I wouldn't call it slow paced either. The action doesn't pause while you're considering what order to give. If it's the wrong one or you take too long, your squad is dead. The objectives do take time though a couple are sneak-n-peek, run-n-gun extractions (stupid pilots , always fall behind Trying to shoot with a pistol instead of running for the extraction point a ordered ). They are the only AI that hasn't made sense to me yet, but I'm likely not following protocol either |
