Here is a video some of you might enjoy. I didn't. My friends had a full party so I got stuck on the other team with a bunch of randoms. To double my pain, they all thought it would be amusing to use riot shields the entire game. I die a lot in this one.

I can try but I don’t think there is any secret. The biggest thing is just experience and having sniped for a long time. You also have to keep in mind that montages are highlight tapes. I get killed like everybody else.

I learned to snipe in FFA games. I would just pick a sniper and that would be all I would do all game. If it’s a small map, run around with the sniper and work on quick and close shots. If it’s a big map, setup somewhere and work on being a more traditional sniper. Make sure to put a claymore behind you to protect yourself.

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t do well at first. It took me a while to get it down. I don’t even snipe but a few maps now so I get rusty and it takes a few games to not suck at it.

And i was thinking of a silent class. Primary's the Barrett with silencer and heartbear. Marathon ( 3 more miles and i got pro ) Cold Blooded and Sitrep. SITREP IS AWESOME

oh, so thats why i alwaysed died by claymore when i *attempt* to sneak up ninja style on the snipers

aha i did a FFA on Rust
biggest campfest ever xD
half of them were one noob armying... while spawn camping..
the others were knife teleporting...

and amost at all times there were all these aircraft.

it took me like 6 deaths before i was able to get a solid run and gun going

7am: I get up
7:15am: I start playing MW2
7:30am: Good Internet connection starts to fade away
7:40am: Epic Lag has kicked in. Connection meter is 1 instead of 4-5
9am: Still lagging, If i move i teleport 20 metres in front of me. Then teleport back to where i should've been.

Finally got my platinum. I think I'm done with this game now.

Thanks for the thought but with MAG on the horizon I'm just going to stick with the games that I enjoy playing to kill the remaining time. This game wears on my nerves too quickly.

Thank you for the info Hoos, it's greatly appreciated. I have two sniper classes set up currently at the moment. One is a traditional sniper style with the orginal scope, silencer, claymores for equpiment and a Striker for backup. For perks it's running Scavenger Pro (to refill claymores), Cold Blooded and Ninja. The other is an "in your face" style with the ACOG scope and a Striker for backup (same as the other class) and for perks that one's running Sleight of Hand Pro, Stopping Power Pro and Steady Aim pro but with Semtex grenades instead. Should I put claymores in that "in your face" class?

gg's to everyone i played with this afternoon ( well afternoon for me ). I had much fun lagging and dying every 5 seconds. Until i got my shitty game winning kill with the FAMAS w/ FMJ. .

Anyway, after i left Leo's party i went to fix my classes up. And as when i got my game winning kill. I got promoted to unlock the EBR . And after i fixed my classes. I went to domination. Now, finding a domination is hard for me when i got lag etc.. But 5 seconds after the finding game thing happened. BAM!! It found 8 other players on the pre game lobby page. The next map was wasteland. and wasteland is the only one im good at. Including with sitrep. You can see 4 claymores lined up at the "A" flag point.

Anyway: Game started. all of my team went running to "C" flag. I thought i should follow. But i new that "B" and "A" would be taken by the enemy. So, as i was using my new EBR. I went sprinting to "B". Ends up being i got a triple kill because 3 enemy team members went into that tunnel type thing leading to "B". So they ran out. and as i had ColdBlooded Pro. and as they thought it was there teammates they didnt stop to shoot. They kept running. So, while the 2 snipers and 1 super soldier were running, I gunned them down. Sooner or later. I lost control over "B" and started taking the sniper defending role. I got 2 of my 3 killstreaks, as when i was one more for my chopper gunner. This prick knifes me . So i got my attack heli. It didnt last long. As soon as it came into the battlefield. It killed 2 people. Then, this Javelin missile comes flying from no-where and destroys it. My pavelow arrived and slaughtered the enemy team by killing 6 enemy members who were camping at "A" ( idiots ).
I got the Star Player challenge complete. Silencer for M21 EBR unlocked. And came first by going 43-12

.... My new favourite gun. M21 EBR. And to isomniac. Ty for the tips. Ill use em, But i wont use thermal. Its impossible for me to kill anything with that scope now . But normal scopes. Heartbeat + FMJ, is a very good mix for me . And the stinger has several problems for me so i cant use that but i use my M1014 w/ No attachments

@ Street: If im not raging tomorrow because im losing, and i actually get a good couple of games, You want to play together?

Were you angry because our team was losing or because you were trying to compete with me to see who could get more kills per match? I was just keeping an eye on it to track my performance to see how well I was doing that's all. But ya playing together sounds great, and Good Game to all you guys I was playing with this afternoon.

Anyway in recent MW 2 news I got another game winning kill and got promoted to Major at Lv 43.

Also I've found some interesting things on the Call of Duty wikia page for Modern Warfare 2. Here's a link to the index where you can find the multiplayer maps, an overhead layout of the map (like you see when calling in an air strike or whatnot) and it also gives hints and tips specific to the levels. I'll be reading up on this so I can possibly see some improvement.

As a whole the Call of Duty wiki page has lots of pretty good information about just anything you could possibly want to know in MW 2. I've been using it to see how to unlock some of the emblems and titles.

I get angry because i dont like the effing lag annoying me evey 5 seconds. Having to die 5000 times a match. Having to only get 1 kill every 10 minutes and having so much confusiong because the team ain't working together ;(

Good games to those I played with last night. What a cool party with a mix of a lot of good friends. Clan aside......
it was nice to see spongie, and T, and havent see Ray since R2.....most fun Ive had playing MW2 in some time.
