| Turtle, just keep messing with stuff. The FS is a great tool, it's accurate, fast, and has stopping power. 4 bodyshots gets you the ding.
The FAL is interesting. It takes some practice, absolutely. Your point about cover has to be answered by your player instincts. If you're in a close to mid-range situation, you have to let your instincts guide that. Let them make the mistakes, and pop up. Don't forget that when you throw a grenade, or blindfire, you leave yourself vulnerable, and the FAL can exploit that opening. Use your angles, I say it all the time, the FAL is a weapon of angles. Often, you can position yourself to shoot over the cover, and still take the kill. Cornersniping is your backbone with the FAL, and a lot of players don't understand how it works, or how to combat it, and this gives you an edge as well.
In long-range situations, you definitely have the edge. Follow them with your crosshairs, so many times, I'll get a burst off, they'll duck behind an obstacle and keep moving, and you still have a bead on them. You also have the ability to wait for them to put themselves in a bad spot, with little cover, and then you take advantage of the situation, and their poor positioning.
The burden is on them to react, you just need to get your instincts honed, and learn to manipulate the situations to your advantage.
As far as the Dragon goes, practice. Don't underestimate how accurate your down-iron aim is, even without scoping. You don't need to camp with it, keep in mind it's functionally a railgun, with the bonus of hot crossmap action. |

| The FAL is very inconsistent for me. I can get a kill with it when I don't even think that I hit them, or I can shoot them like five butsts in the eyes and they'll just take it. The AK is a rather difficult weapon to use with half loaded, because the burst fire is nearly neccessary for good accuracy. The FS for me isn't a good weaponto use because it shoots slower than the AK. Everyone has their different preferences and you'll just have to discover which you have for yourself |

| The FS coupled with a good strafe is deadly, I chuckle at the AK users who stand still thinking they have the superior firepower, when half your bullets miss you have to fire for twice as long... Inefficiency costs. Try running it with Fleet foot and work on a good strafe style, once you get the hang of how the bullets travel you'll be wondering why you spent all that time worrying about burst firing the AK. Hell, I've got more D'Eagle kills than AK. |

| My top 3 most used weapons are AK, FS and M4. I use the AK and the FS equally, I often switch between the two on a regular basis. The FS has AMAZING range. I've crossmapped with it many a time. I use the AK for mid-short range battles since it is pretty effecient on ammo, while the FS runs out quite quickly if you haven't memorized every spawn point for ammo (which I still haven't ) When I can grab an M4, I will, since it's like an AK on steroids. Great fun Out of the power weapons, the Dragon is my favorite. I seem to always miss the Hammer shots, blow myself up with the RPG, miss every Deagle shot, and get snuck up from behind with the GAU (except on Plaza ) It's always interesting to hear everyone's preferences though. Makes for an interesting bunch |

| I really wish ND put a repeating crossbow in this game, oh well, I played a few games this afternoon and played one match on the Village, tried using Vash's GAU but only got two kills with it before someone chucked a grenade at me and I didn't have enough to get away, oh well, I really don't understand why there are so many people now who don't even use one negative booster, I use double and I still do fine, I did no go a little negative today but that was probably because I was dealing so many SA users/people who don't bother shooting at you once they learn that you are using Glass Jaw |

| I think he means either a video of the weapons on a map or a map with dots with different colors that tell where which weapon is on which map |

| Hmmm...I personallly like having no maps/radar in Uncharted 2. It keeps the game fresh and different |

| Ya, overhead maps to show all the weapon spawns... We could also discuss certain strategies using them and form our own Sixth Nation player's guide, what d'you think? |

| I actually have an idea using the machinima mode to do a slow record of the areas. I could edit and highlight the spawns from an overhead view possibly.... |

Yes it does, not like MW2 where you call in the stinking UAV to learn where everybody is, also makes it seem less like a World War without all of that military tech, I wouldn't mind a little more customization to be put on weapons but if that were to happen I would prefer it being Black Market stuff rather than a stinking grenade launcher Great idea Leo, would definitely help out the newer members to U2 that are on this forum. btw anyone ever play against a guy with the clan tag N@ZI? I wanted to kill the guy as many times as possible when I saw his clan tag but every game we played he was on my time, guess I'll have to hold my anger in a little longer, oh well! |

Good thinking... I wonder if we could screen-cap them, shrink them down and Photoshop them maybe? I had a quick search and found nothing relating to multiplayer, I don't think anyone has made maps for UC2 yet. Problem is the vertical levels ND put into most of their maps... Could be tricky to keep all the camera angles uniform.

| Same here Raist, would be glad to give back to the community that has helped me out so much, but probably don't want me or want nothing to do with me anymore or maybe it'll be done at like 3 am when I asleep! lol |

| Yeah, I have a problem with that on my English essays as it is, one of the many things I have to work on, but like they always say, nobody is perfect!
edit: even if I checked it 1 billion times my reputation would be at 0 lol |

| Man has anybody noticed there are more SA users playing now...maybe its just me but it seems every match lately im facing off against 2-3 SA users...it wouldn't hurt me so bad if i used evasion but with half loaded i feel crippled when not using rapid hands....i love to lvl up as much as the next guy but i dont want to cripple the way i play...i dunno maybe im just unlucky |

| Same thing happened to me today and none of them used a stinking negative either, some games nobody on the other team used a negative. I don't mind SA long as the person doesn't hog the shotgun/pistole because then they just sneak up behind you and freaking one shot you in the back and you couldn't do a thing about it, especially annoying on the highrise in the villain's spawn |

| Yes, I imagine the floor will be wiped with me when I first give up Evasion for... *gulp* ...Invalid.
Of course, it's possible you're seeing more SA users because you're a higher level than you used to be, and are facing more and more players level 46 and above. Kind of like how I see Evasion a lot more because I'm fighting people that are higher-leveled.
Or maybe it is just your imagination.
Or maybe I'm completely wrong, and there really are more SA users out there now. |

| Its probably a combination of being a higher lvl and people using it more, I have noticed a small increase over the past 24 hours, I'm lvl 58 so if anything has changed it would be me playing against more 60s |

| SA is the only thing wrong with Uncharted 2 imho but theres nothing better than playing against a whole team of lvl 60 SA users and using evasion and getting 5 stealth kills in one match...this was before i hit 54 so i was using evasion/fleetfoot |
