I'm the same as Fawlty, I'm always curious who you mean when you say 'famous' players. I doubt somehow that the original players who were amazing (I'm talking 5kd+) still play.

to tell you the truth, Fawlty and Flight, I sometimes don't know what Reo means by 'famous' or 'elite' players of U2, he loves to be sarcastic so I don't always know if he is being serious or not lol

I don't think it was sarcasm in this case. By "famous," I'm guessing he means one of the top players on the Leaderboards, most of whom got where they are by kill-farming and/or glitching.

I played against one of them, he was like number 3/5 on the leaderboards, but dang this guy was AMAZING, I could barely get a few shots off against him, let alone kill him lol

I always wanted to play agains TRIPLEwreck. I wonder what it's like playing against a feathered controller.

Keep up the practice fawlty it'll come. To be honest though you're really late to the U2 party. Approximately 8 months late. Good news is U3 is coming out soon so you'll be 1337 before you know it and leaving a comment like this for people that start gaming with us way after the release date!

Not to mention he'll be more used to the game than those people who haven't picked the game up for months, like Endlo lol

I imagine lots of the skill gained in U2 will be transferable to U3. Strangely I still dominated in those matches with you guys last week, weird.

Thanks for the motivation Silver. I'm always late to the game it seems, that's what I get for waiting two years for the PS3 price to go down! Had I known about games like UC and UC2 I might have ponied up the cash much sooner! Games like this are making my hardcore Nintendo heart slowly swoon for some PS3 lovin'.


Also, I'm online now! Gonna watch some cinema's and hopefully not screw up too bad in some DMs. Hope to see some of you on tonight!

I've actually played with and against many of the top slot hot shots.
The ones who truly stood out as skilled in my eyes were tripleWRECK and Dai-A667.

Many others seemed skilled but then you see why they have such a great KD: lag-switching, glitching, camping with SA while whoring the power weapons (slot 2 booster is usually Launchman or Rocketman) while having their team watch their back and some other "cheap" stuff.

Triple & Dai however, they played so good without abusing the games overpowered sides.


Let me just point out that some players have seemed awesome while playing with their clan/team but when facing them without their guys to back them up, thats a completely different story.
I don't mean to brag, but I've made some of these guys rage quit and send me a lot of mails and challenges to 1v1's just because they feel the need to save some "honor".


Tomorrow I was thinking of arranging a small workshop session, just to see how it goes.
If anyone at all is interested in participating, let me know so I don't get online for nothing, haha.

I was thinking about going through some tactics/strategies and how to manipulate certain situations to your advantage.
It would be nice if we could work a bit on teamwork and how to flank and control certain areas too.

The after party can be sweet sometimes.

edit: Why wear contact lenses and play video games at the same time? I use them for when I'm on the go, not when I have to sit down and there's no one around.

Being tired is difficult but have you tried drunk?

Yeah, I usually prefer playing with my glasses on (ironic since I hate the in-game glasses, haha), but I refuse to leave home with them on.
What if a pretty girl comes along my way, then I couldn't tell her how good I am at this game.

I don't know why I'm having horrid games , I win 1 vs 1s , accurate mostly , be cautious etc . I just seem to get into 3 vs 1 situations , get shottied , killed from behind , steel fisted all the time . Maybe I'm having bad luck who knows , but I'm sick of barely going positive , even against noobs , you guys have these great 12-3 type games and I'm going 12-11 or 12-13 , what do I do ? .

I am so bad at deathmatch etc. I seem to develop this uncontrollable urge to rush, kamikaze style, straight into the thick of it as soon as i'm in there.
