well, Fawlty, you could have 5 level 80s against 5 level 80s and come out with this same result, if one team is that much more skilled than the other team is

Yeah, this was back when the match making was much worse than it is now and you would often be paired up with people who have completely different ranks. You would struggle to ever have a flawless match against people who have played too much more anyway as they should be able to get off at least one kill with a grenade or power weapon.

Had an hour or so of gametime , best I did was a near fury on the fort , annoyingly I died on 9 cos of a glitch while climbing over a ledge which sent me into a plane of death , wasn't happy bout that . Also mixed reception as to how I played . Against low levels I was confident in gunfights and winning every 1 vs 1 encounter , I smoked a lvl 80 in a 1 vs 1 ( he was good ) and even out strafed a lvl 54 with an m4 when I started on only half health ! . Then as soon as I played a moderately high level party I buckled . I lost confidence in situations I could have come out on top in and lost %50 of my gunfights . This spread to the next few matches until I barely went positive against an entire team of low level noobs , how embarrassing . For a lvl 56 I'm not playing like one . This isn't a bad day either , this has been happening for the last week . I dunno .

I had fun yesterday Mel! Sorry I wasn't able to get back on in time before you had left. Nevertheless I think we had some fun in DM and the co-op. Next time I'll try and remember to increase the level (although I died so many times I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not!).

The 667 is just what I use on every online website that has Dai-A already taken.

I do hate this game at times and it can get very annoying due to the blindfire melee but all in all I'm pretty used to it.
I really like this game due to the people I play with. I dont just play with people to win but to also socialize with when I'm playing games.

Btw 50-6 is a pretty regular score when it's against randoms because half of them don't even really know how to play yet or know how to play as a team.

Sometimes we get 50-0 but I see no point to actually camp that hard haha.

My friends and I don't really strategize on public matches since there is hardly any competition out there. (Sorry if this is too boastful but I couldn't help myself! )

An absolutely amazing night tonight , streaks and double downs galore , 2 tripled medals in one match and a couple of furys . I also set my new personal best at no. of kills in a deathmatch going 25-4 on the village with Fawlty ( also my best village match ever ) . I also seemed to be quicker on the 1 vs 1s despite facing 2 opponents sometimes I was still able to win occasionally , I think my 1 on 1's have improved . I went positive every game and my KD rose to 1.12 ! . But something I was proud of myself for was when I faced an extreme high level party ( lvl 75+ ) on the Fort . They were very good at 1 on 1's and FAL shooting but I played extremely cautious and went 7-7 , I could not believe I didn't go negative .

Good Games also Fawlty ! .

I appreciate your confidence in me wolf , but I highly doubt I'll get anywhere near 2.0 , that's reserved for true pros like Cam . I am just happy I got too 1.0 and my goal now is to get into some fun parties , get more consistent , get a rage , not let my KD fall and in general improve as an OK player .

Great job last night Mitch! You did amazing...I on the other hand proceeded to suck it up like usual. Although, I really felt like I was doing worse than I normally do. I just wasn't on at all. I think that village match where Mitch got his best score I went something like 7-12. Not so great. My k/d actually dropped from 0.61 to 0.60

I just couldn't find my groove and last night it really got to me. At one point I was no longer having fun and just wanted to scream. I digress though and realize that not every night is going to be awesome. Moving forward I still need tons of practice and my aiming and strafing. I need to be more cautious when running around all gung ho and I need to be more aware of my surroundings. I'm still running straight into tons of double teams and into people completely hidden by cover.

One of these day's I'll figure it out.

Thanks for trying to get us in your party Dai...although I'm glad it didn't work out because I would have just brought you all down! hahaha

I could tell in that 1v1 we did some time ago that you had stepped your game up by A LOT!

I'll say it again, don't get too attached to the KD, see it more like a fun guideline of how you are doing.
One can camp with SA & Bandoleer in the same room with a shotty and easily maintain a good KD.
Does it require a lot of skill?
In my honest opinion, it doesn't. (Note that running around with the shotty is a different story. Turtle is a good example of that )

This game is still a lot about chances and playing the odds (courtesy of ESRaistlin ).
What makes one a good player is to play the odds in your favor and taking the chance when it appears.

Played a good deal of games today and did really well, which was nice to see.
In one of the games one guy was lagging sooo hard, I honestly believe he was lag-switching, but I'm not sure.

My last game before I signed off was against a full high-level party on my most hated map - Lost City.
I don't wanna say how it ended, but if anyone can upload it, I would be really grateful for it. (Don't really wanna ask you, Leo, since you've uploaded 2 for me already )
