| If the score of the match is too great to be spoiled, I can't wait for the Cinema. Yeah, don't go too crazy about the KD either. It's awesome when you see those points go up, and makes you proud of yourself, as it should. But if that's all that you play for, and go online just to see a few numbers rise, then try to think about other things of the game. It's kind of like the movie Inception. It's a fantastic movie, but requires lots of thinking, and doesn't really let you just kind of sit there. It's not really like Transformers where you don't have to think. You just relax and watch explosions with Megan Fox running around . What I'm really trying to say is, don't focus on trying to do one sol thing. Enjoyment of games comes in experiences, not high numbers (sure as hell helps, though ) Not bragging in anyway here, but I think that I play better than my 1.28 KDR says I play. It is rare that a KDR really shows how a player actually plays. Like Reo said, with the SA + shotgun camping, it doesn't take too much skill to pull off a high KDR if you play like that. Keep setting goals for yourself, and your KDR improvements will come with you not focusing too much on them, and you will have a better experience |

| Towards the end of my U2 days my K/D wasn't half of my results. Don't let it bug you Fawlty. Chances are it was just the wrong group of players you where against. |

| I'm not so worried about k/d just the fact that i don't feel like i'm getting better at all. I feel I still make the same bad decisions which result in the same mistakes and the same deaths. I get frustrated, and inevitably play worse.
it's a vicious cycle! hahaha |

| Good games with you, Fawlty & Charlitos. I got another connection error and it was already far too late, so I decided to just leave it at that. Fawlty, if you want any help just let me know and we'll get a few customs done. To be honest I noticed a few easy mistakes in your gaming that is causing you to get killed A LOT from behind or the sides. I was doing quite bad myself in a few games, guess it's just my sleepiness kicking in, haha. Charlitos, I'll get that cinema coming your way tomorrow |

| Great games, everyone. I had a blast just screwing around, and having a fun time. Although Reo stole a Connect Four that I had coming my way ... I brought my baby, the Dragon Sniper back into action tonight. It was great being with that thing again, and putting up good numbers with lots of chain kills, and not to mention lots of quickscopes and especially blindfires. If there isn't a sniper rifle as good as the Dragon in U3, I wasted my money. One match in particular, when I got 4 pulldowns, a Fire in the Hole medal, and finished 20-5. It was a good time Reo, I very much look forward to watching your super secret Manimilicious game. I have high expectations, so if it isn't as good as I thought... Be ready for a world of pain |

| Umm.. When the dog's finished with it, Reo, (and you've washed it) just send it along... I'll be doing some uploads maybe this weekend so I could do it then. I actually capped Vrals from the first match we played together at the Village, if you want I'll throw that one up too, V? |

| Leo, thanks for offering but I just watched the cinema and really, it's nothing special. I went 16-2 which is good but the gameplay itself was boring. I'd be happy to send it though if anyone wants to see it |

Charlitos, I'll get that cinema coming your way tomorrow Definitely good games, you two are something else! Charlitos, that was the first time we gamed together right? I gotta learn some of those sniper moves! Also, good games Mitch and Wolf...my last game with you two I finally went 9-6. Possibly my only positive game of the night, and I think it was against some lower level players. Oh well, I'll take what I can get!! I definitely need some more help Reo, I just can't figure it out. Oh and you better send that cinema to me too...you know how angry I get! Question: Does anyone ever feel like they just have bad timing ALL the time? Not only that but you're conscious of the timing mistake you're about to make? My example is coming up one of the hallways in the temple I'm watching the stairs on aim to makes sure no one blasts me. As I'm passing the spawn room I look over to check my flank and boom I get blasted from up the stairs. Now normally it's just bad timing, but the whole time I'm thinking in my head "I bet the second I look over to check that room someone is going to come around that corner and blast me." Sucks to be right in that situation! I'm telling you it's eerie, but when you're really think about it, it's just like Cam says "play the odds." In all reality there is a much higher probability that someone will come flying out of the RPG room than there will be someone coming out of the spawn room. So then do I not check that room, or am I being to thorough and spending too much time panning my camera over and not back up the stairs fast enough? Reo, if you have some time buddy might you look at some of our cinema's from last night? Don't get me wrong though, I've definitely gotten better and I have many of you on this awesome forum to thank for that! You all rock! |

| I'll send it in a moment, so hold those horses, Fawlty! Leo, I need my Revolver Leo to back me up if I am to get good scores About that timing matter, Fawly..... It was pretty much what I meant by you getting killed a lot from the sides and behind due to some minor mistakes. It all comes down to reading the game. Keep track of where your teammates are and where the action is going down. At one point I noticed you taking cover behind some crates.... in the open Not that good of a idea, since you want to make sure that you have as much cover as possible at all times. Since converting from hardcore camper deluxe to run'n'gunner....ehrm...not so deluxe, I took with me a few elements of the camping, such as staying close to cover at all time, so if I get shot there is a nice little cover for me to use. Another thing I noticed is that you still have a bad habit of stopping in the middle of an area. If you don't know what to do, get to a camping spot and work your way from there. Get rid of the mentality that you need to get kills and focus on avoiding deaths instead. Only engage gunfights of which you think you can win, the rest should be fled from. Steelfisting can save you in many situations, remember to fire a few blindfire shots and then melee. Never melee first. Sort of goes along with the avoiding death thing: work on movement. It's quite hard to put it in words, but I'll show you what I mean in a custom. I'll have a look at those games and compile a list of things we can work on |

I need to get better about running into the open and stick to the walls and outsides a bit more. Also, I find that when I get shot I panic and try to roll away, and if I'm close to cover (crates in the open) I'll accidentally crouch down or take cover, essentially gluing me to a spot so that person has an easier shot at me! hahah
Strangely enough, when I first started, before I knew about Sixth Nation, I was constantly sneaking around and in cover. I was hardly getting any kills but I was always very cautious (read: afraid), always behind cover. Now, being more aggressive (which may not be a good thing) I sometimes forget to maneuver so that I have cover. I start a gunfight and then realize I need cover and lose focus on the fight and essentially dying in the process. I't s delicate balance of multi-tasking which I haven't figured out yet!
Get rid of the mentality that you need to get kills and focus on avoiding deaths instead. Only engage gunfights of which you think you can win, the rest should be fled from. Steelfisting can save you in many situations, remember to fire a few blindfire shots and then melee. Never melee first.
I still have trouble with this. I'm better about not melee-ing first, but I suck at blindfiring and my camera goes all wonky, especially when caught off guard which allows my opponent to usually get me first. I am working on this though!
Sort of goes along with the avoiding death thing: work on movement. It's quite hard to put it in words, but I'll show you what I mean in a custom.
I notice, a lot, that I need to work on my burst firing and strafing. I sometimes get caught in a fight where I can't let go of the trigger because I'm afraid to stop firing. I need to get faster at this. Also, I forget to strafe and many times just give my opponent a stationary target to fire at. Partially because strafing requires I re-aim while shooting and I haven't become completely competent at that either. I'm getting frustrated more as of late (because I feel I should be better than this by now) but that doesn't mean I'll give up. Again, thanks for all the support!
I'll have a look at those games and compile a list of things we can work on |

| Fawlty I have a small solution to that sort of problem of yours, its one of two, move that analog stick VERY FAST so you can check it for 1-5 seconds and be done checking OR you can go INTO the spawn room, get your bearings again and then got out again, just a few thoughts, I myself need to work on my analog stick timing as well, I tend to keep it on the spawn room for like 2-5 seconds longer than necessary, it gets me killed sometimes as well, I haven't been on U2 in a while, I might go back to it now since I've gotten tired of the shenanigans in Bad Company |

| Fun games today, Turtle I don't get why you are not satisfied with how you play, I think you are forgetting that the way you are playing comes with GREAT risks, but also allows for the rest of the team to get increased opportunities since you are mixing it up in the bowl. Just had a look at the leaderboards and noticed that my KD had gone up from 1.49 to 1.60 in about 2 weeks I must be doing something right, haha. Fawlty & charlitos, I've sent the cinema now, but I think a game with Turtle from today contains more entertaining gameplay. Will have a look at it and send it your way if it's any good. |

I'm not satisfied because I'm dying far too often and in stupid ways. Some of this is lag, but most of it is my fault, and I don't really have an excuse. It bugs me. |

| Good game there, Cub! It's always fun watching cinemas from people you know, trying to analyze their gameplay and pick stuff up to use later on yourself. I haven't got a Rampant either, reached 19 today (again) before lag told me that "I shouldn't even go there, girlfriend" I don't think I'll ever get one but it's alright, I guess. |
