oh well, next time Charlitos, I played a couple of games today, had to deal with three guys camping with the SAS-12 on the Highrise today, all using evasion, and one was using freaking rocket man, RPG whore, shall we say that really annoyed the stuffing out of me, not because I couldn't see them but because the only reason they were getting kills on me was because of the annoying shotty, had absolutely no data showing me how well they could a gun
On a happier note, got a FAL fury on the trainwreck today, it is by far my worst map, followed by possibly the fort, and that is only when going against players who can sit back and control their end of the map, have to say I felt pretty good about myself, although I only went 14-3 in this game, would have liked to have done better lol
I'll see if I can get on for an hour or two, Turtle, might not be able to since I still have some finals to study for lol

Haha, yeah, that was a nice triple you got there Overall, you had some really good games which was fun to see.
I'll probably be on tonight, Turtle-san. Might play on my alt though, so if I don't have you there, I'll simply add you.

so I got yet another piece of hate mail today, was one word long-"PUSSY"-so I told the guy to deal with it lol
Played a game today where it was 5v2 and this one guy on the other team kept using the hammer and the RPG, so I send him a message "hammer/RPG 5v2?" I didn't view it as hate mail, viewed it more as wanting to see his logic in using it when his team was up by three people and would most likely win anyway, didn't get a response lol

Good games all! Finally I got to party up with you Cam again and what does he do, people....yeah, you know it - he blew every map to pieces with his homemade, illegal, Canadian leaftanks. That double down BBQ at the Sanc was a real beauty, bud.
Also, that Egyptian guy had me laughing so hard when he first started talking to you because you could really tell how happy he was to play with you. Hopefully we'll see him around here soon aswell.
(Pssst, no mentioning of the Geasting, eh? )

wish I was able to get on later, but I have something to do tomorrow, oh well, guess we'll get some more parties, Silver, in 6-8 weeks, or we can wait until November lol
So I was playing a couple of matches today and the randoms that I was teamed up with were absolutely horrible, basically EVERYBODY on my teams would go negative, and in most games I would be the only one who went positive, and of course we lost basically EVERY game lol

^sucks bro.
When that kinda stuff happens, I just leave the game, honestly. I have practice in the art of rage quiting, especially with bullcrap matchmaking such as that. So, I don't put up with it, and they get a free loss, while I don't rage and break a controller :p

I sort of pride myself on being able to take this sort of thing, the only time I really had the problem with this was when I misled myself and thought that I was playing with some of you guys from the nation and though that my back was covered when it wasn't and I ended dieing a couple of times because of that

While I know you can pull those off fairly regularly....I have to be honest that I feel that these type of kills shouldn't be glorified. There is little to no skill involved aside from slight timing and making sure the target is centered with the overall camera. The rest is done by an auto aim function that clearly isn't working the way it should.
When there is clearly NO AIMING done either zoomed in or just down the sight, the kill is not deserved. And what gets me is guys will taunt like they're amazing when they just blindfired halfway through the air and the bullet magically tracks a headshot. Sorry, I don't buy it. Its an exploit in my opinion, plain and simple. I'll go out on a limb to state the same for any other "quick scoping" where there is no time frame for someone to legitimately aim. They just rely on the camera auto centering for them in that split second.
I also saw a rediculous amount of bunny hopping which is another tactic I simply detest. Its a low form of gameplay.
I don't agree with it. Unless I see actual aiming, this splt second stuff is non-deserving of credit, glory or props in my opinion. Any legit aiming and I can happily shut my mouth. /rant

Jeez, man... Who doesn't? I swear I heard a little moan come from one of our opposing teams as we pulled out last week.
Hmmm... Quick scoping. Skillz or no? I will always see a fast-scoped kill as more skill than luck, as opposed to a reactionary 'no-scope' as someone is surprised round a corner or something. But if you enter a match deliberately to score no-scopes and say as much before it starts then it can't all be down to luck, can it?
The way I see it blind fire relies a hell of a lot on luck/auto aim, whereas scoped shots rely more on the player's ability to land the shot on target... But then again, who wouldn't be impressed by somebody who can regularly no-scope to the top of the leaderboard in games? You can't have luck like that following you around all the time, there must be a certain degree of skill to ensure that regularity, no?
Drunken UC2 tonight, anyone? I'm in the need for... Ummm... ...Mead?

I would agree that the blind fire also has little skill involved at all. Especially when finished with a steel fist. And my statement was nothing against Charlitos because I know he doesn't do that all the time or relies on it to get kills. But the speed which those are done at, when clearly there is NO aiming at all? Total exploit as far as I'm concerned.
Blargh.....

I might be up for a few (sober) games tonight however i have been concentrating solely on co-op recently. I also have a much faster connection now which seems to cause a few problems with certain people i pair up with. Hey, maybe i'll be the laggiest one tonight???

Though I don't believe the quickscopes and blindfires are easy to pull off (I acknowledge that it takes practice), I myself back away in close counter positions and aim my sniper or i just shoot with my pistol.
Yes, I do agree that these kills require about 50% camera work and 50% luck, praying for the kill. But I don't necessarily find it cheap; people go out of their way to quickscope and blindfire when they could easily aim and get the kill. So the way I see it, if I get a better chance of surviving then that's fine by me. Not to say that these kills don't look sexy!

I've been playing almost exclusively on my alt, mainly due to being spammed with invites on my main and just not feeling like partying up with anyone. Anyway, I have been giving the competitive side a rest and have mainly been trying to do other stuff, such as random taunts with teammates on silly places and just goofing off.
I don't know why, but I want to show people that you can have fun without taking it so seriously. Yeah, I've even tracked down "noobs" and let them practise on me, haha.....good god I'm sad.
The point is, I've actually heard more laughs and gotten more friends by doing this than by trying to get a badass score at the end of the game.
More goofy Reo, less complaining, try-hard Reo.
About the auto-aim features that this game consists of, I can give a compliment but most times the guy will be bunny hopping like a madman while sending off a good 4-5 shots before they get you. Not impressed.
This is why I don't like the shotty either, it's one of those guns where blind-firing works better than actually aiming down the sights....meh, I'll do it anyway the rare times I pick one up, it simply looks and feels more badass
I will be online tonight fo'shizzle, but I am NOT interested in doing competitive public games. If we get quite a few people, we can still do that Mike Myers game which I believe would be A LOT of fun or some other random games.
If we don't have many people, I would love some co-op games

I fancy Plunder... Don't know why, I've never really liked it before, but the teamwork aspect of it appeals to me.
Then again, I'll be drunk and abusing Chezney about her lagswitching all night, so...
