Is anyone having problems with this game, my PS3 starts to update it, then it shuts down.. I just want to play...

I mean I guess its pretty standard.. after all games in iceland cost about.. 98 dollars and if I were to buy FHC if I still lived there it would be about 42 dollars

Had my first full UC3 game in weeks, went 25-5 pretty intense but then.. I get into a vs match against 5+ party all of them 75 3rd legacy, while in my team I have a 35.. and lvl 3 or 45 .. like seriously ? You cant beat them when nobody sticks together and everyone is running like chickens with their heads cut off.

Just gonna stick to FFA for a while

Yea Ive gone back to single player stuff. all the lag in multiplayer annoys the crap out of me and I get no sense of achievement out of it any more.
I've played the single player as much as I can so theres no point in that. I havent played Uncharted 1 yet so that might be a project for the future but I'd rather focus on my progression in Demon's Souls.
Im also looking at Kingdom of Amular: Reckoning but Ill probs be back at uni before then.

I streamed through assassins creed revelations AND Infamous 2 in 1.5 weeks. Platinum and all. You just dont get that feeling from continuous multiplayers.

Hell I might pick it up in the distant future. For nostalgia's sake...

I totally get what you mean but darn it the adrenilin is what sucks me back into MP's, Also Infamous is the most satisfying game to get a platinum in.. :3
And Dude, you have to play UC:DF its so good, must have played it about 10 times..

However, I will NEVER play this game solo again.

Not even FFA does it, I hate how it's "First to 15 wins".
It basically is suited for aggressive players only.

I can go 13-1 and lose to someone who went 15-14....annoys the crap outta me, haha.

And going into team based modes alone....."Hi clan, meet me and my randoms who have never played a game before!"

if you play for fun, and not just to win then its not as big of a deal, maybe your just too competitive of a person and thats why you seem to hate it so much

I seriously doubt that reo hates Uncharted, it's just that its unfair for new and randoms, and been like that since UC2

Also winning is part of the fun, rewarding you for a job well done.

And we try to play for fun, We really do, but the game is not letting us.

I for one don't think its fun when I get partied up with low level people who don't know what the hell they are doing, stand infront of me, run directly and keep draggin me down and not using their common sense, one perfect example is when one enemy "One" enemy, runs at you, and a level 15 thinks "hmm better throw a grenade" And instead of me getting a kill or even him, he up's and kills us all - . -

Nor do I like it when five guys use the fal and quick boom/RPG stupid elite alpha class, and spams my team with them until the game is over.

I know I have mostly defended this game, But now I nearing my last straw... To many problem plauge this game. Thank god! That the new maps are here, and have made the game actually worth while to play (Now only for a DLC option on the MP menu )

I really do want to stick with it but Naughty dog is doing a hell of a job to not letting that happen, Might as well see if Last Of Us has a competetive multiplayer, and quit this game for good.

I enjoy it and I'm rarely in a party. Usually play by myself vs a party, and I enjoy the challenge.

I need to get back on my PS3 soon, haven't been able to because I've been sick with the flu and I go on vacation later this week, so not sure when that will be

I don't hate the game, I just strongly dislike some parts of it.

I agree that it can be quite a challenge running into parties on your own and you do improve your game drastically, just like you would improve at anything if it's hard enough.

But I want to play a game where I feel as if I'm on par in terms of the basics.

Having an un-modded AK47 with Fleet Foot and Deposit against 5 FAL users, usually with the increased accuracy mod and Regeneration (GOLD) and Bargain AND the paid bargain booster and Quickboom to top it off..... yeah, I don't feel like we're even playing the same game.

It's like you give me the character from Kung-Fu (NES) who had punch and kick and jump against Ryu with his Hadokens and super combos and whatnot.

I'll just keep on saying the same thing; people are leaving this game because it's not appealing to the competitive players and I consider myself to be one of those.

If you place one hit kill weapons EVERYWHERE and don't fix the lag or the glitchy mechanics then you will have one broken game that is just like throwing the dice. You get random stuff and leave little to the actual players to play with. It's shallow and lacks depth.

Honestly, I feel like we've been getting all the BAD stuff form Uncharted 2 and ND mixed it with "cool, new features" that really fills no purpose in the game. Why was sprint even introduced? Loadouts?

The games that usually provide the most fun are the games that are simplistic and easy to "pick up and play".

Like I said, I can have fun with this game when I'm in a party, because the bad stuff is not so noticeable. But is it addictive or challenging? Not one bit.

Thats basically what i said. You aren't enjoying it because you want a more competitive experience than what you are getting.

Dont get me wrong, I dont hate the game either. Its one of my favourites.
Im just saying that it has nothing more to offer me.
