Me loled due to me was using those guns for fun and was no-scoping this guy over and over. He kept going to the same spot so me just sat and waited for him. Apparently camping now includes killing a guy then planting claymore on his dead body (repeat until game over)
Me cant help it if someone calls me out like that. lt makes me want to only go after them in the next round.

Well, it seems that if you are killed more than once by a person then the rules of COD allow you to call him out. I can't stand the whiny-a$$ed idiots in this game who automatically fall back on the blame-the-other-team-for-camping excuse rather than examine their own (usually unspeakably stupid) playing style.

Try replying thus:

I got a message mid-game the other night. Guy was cussing me out for camping in a Domination match. Really??

Apparently, I’m supposed to be somewhere other than the flags that we captured so that this guy could just cruise on in and take the flag. The entire point of domination is to capture and keep the flags.

After the match he started screaming at all of us for camping. It was hilarious. Of course, we egged him on.

The stupidity of some of these people will blow your mind.

Yeah, when some people are losing they want you to a) run in open areas of the map b) avoid cover and c) use only shotguns; otherwise you are a camper... lol

Since there are killcams, only a few people do actually camp, and it is useless. After you have killed a couple of people in the same spot, they come back for you.

Defending has never been the same as camping... I think it is just people complaining because they are losing or you are making it more difficult for them lol

I've never once been called out, considering some of the knife kills I've had it seems just ludicrous.

Playing dead and letting someone or maybe even a group walk by and knifing them all, deserves some hate right?

Had a full on knife fight with some guy a few days ago, we must have ran at each other five times before I finally got the sideswipe.

When people curse in lobby or call my team names I tend to reply in the dingo manner, and considering I'm a pure sniper I should really be singled out for camping sometimes.

I'm an ass for it on highrise, afghan, derail, rundown and especially skidrow.

Hmmm according to Seys reccomendations I am not a camper as sometimes I like to run around with the shotgun after getting in close to people and shooting them.

Specially good on Domination on the Highrise when you use the tunnels to come up behind people and spray all over em.

Beh, highrise...thats the map I see the most fowl play on. Terminal is a close second.

Exactly how I see it, and I agree. Seems like if you're camping out on a roof with a sniper rifle nobody seems to care, but if your hauled up in some corner facing a hallway with a shotgun or something else everybody gets pissed at you.

I'll be on this afternoon, possibly after I get this snow shoveling done because it's snowing again. Hopefully I'll run into some of you guys?

@ Omega: Highrise is the one where people start camping on one side of the map with a sniper while having C4 and Claymores guarding the entrances so they dont get killed. Or they just do the good Collateral Kill at the start with a thermal barrett

First of all, watch Hoos's sniping montages (which make me just want to throw my copy of COD away, in much the same way that watching Oscar Peterson makes me want to burn my piano. )

Second, capture a video of you trying to snipe and post it in the game surgery thread, then all those who can do it (not me) will give you pointers on the specifics you need to address.

Eatty, if you want I'll take you round a few maps to show you some very basic sniping spots, I'm not half as good as hoos. But I can go entire games without someone even getting a shot off.

I found out some new climbing spots on Rust and worked my Sentry-Harrier-Pavelow combo to perfection on Afghan. (All three happening at once = Pwnage)

Had some great games and some not so great, but still fun.
