dual mags is good because you then get dbl the amount of ammo so you would not need scavenger on

every other reload is really fast, plus extra ammo meaning you basically get scavenger and sleight of hand thrown into an attachment freeing up perk spots. i think its worth it on most classes with warlord assuming your weapon has good iron sights. This way you can throw on dual mag + silencer, which is what crazy has there. I usually use dual mag on assault rifles that have medium to low rates of fire because of the prolonged fire time, saving the extended mags for guns like the aug and famas.
