Too much bs inside that game. Thats why I fall back on R2 still. See, I never got into R2 as it was nothing like FoM and upset me so much that I just sulked and didn't play it. Now, I wonder if I should give it a go. I have the disc and used to really enjoy the co-op, so maybe that is the answer. SP KZ2 then MP R2? Or, sod the lot and go back to FoM which I never got bored of, I just followed the crowd away from it. All this is hugely dependant of course on what is comming next. Am I going to regret stopping playing MW2 if Black Ops is the next big thing, or should I get used to KZ2 ready for KZ3 comming out, or FoM ready for R3? It sucks being old and only being able to cope with one button layout! All games should have infinately adjustable button layouts so old gits like me know whatever the game, R3 will slap someone and R1 will throw bullets and, and, and... *Settles back into his Chesterfied shaking his copy of the Daily Mail in the general direction of 'the youth of today' and game designers specifically* Hurrumph! Pass the Port old chap |

| I've been feeling like that too, Mory. I got to the point where i can get about 12 kills per round pretty frequently, but beyond that, well, its rarified air for me. I'm mediocre at best, and sometimes it feels like I can't do anything and want to do something else. So I picked up R2 and play that from time to time with Noulie and ratchet, who are always there, and Six and Wadey when they show up in there. I got it for just over $20 at GameStop and it's fun to play. The Comp is like MW2 for me in that I pretty much suck at it, but the cooperative mode is a lot of fun for me.
someone posted a video of a guy exploiting OMA a few days ago and after watching that I realize why noobtubers use the exploit and it makes me hate it so much more. |

Now, I wonder if I should give it a go. Well, you could, but I tried it the other week and it just highlighted how badly engineered it is. Once you have got used to the smooth COD graphics, the look and feel of R2 is like comparing sandpaper with silk. I coud only manage a couple of rounds before I got bored out of my skull. |

| Yeah, there is that. Its ugly. But there is fun in it for me I cant find in MW anymore. So I guess it depends on what it is for each person that makes any particular game fun. When there's a six plus man Axis squad in R2...omg.....so fun and funny. I wouldnt trade that for graphics.

| Maybe I'll give another go, but I have to tell ya, the last few times I've played it was as entertaining as listening to the annual crop report. I can see how an Ax!s party could liven it up a little. |

| AM was awesome today. It was only in one round, but I managed to edge out Ratchet by a single, Overload kill at 25-24 kills. I'm thinking of having my TV bronzed, framed, and hung on the wall with spotlights on it. Naturally, Ratchet took his revenge. Repeatedly. Like, in every other round. But then I shot out almost all the windows in his diner. So there. On topic, MW2's spawns were killing me today before AM. Did get a nice 40-15 on Wasteland though. Switched out my ACR's Red Dot for FMJs. Strangely enough, it seems to take more shots to kill people. Was my Dot boosting accuracy or something? It doesn't seem like my damage has gone up. Down, in fact. Maybe I'm just still not aiming right on the iron sights. |

| I totally agree with you all. I seem to never play MW 2 anymore unless I've got a good sized party of people to play with. |

| Just saw this at the IW site: A thread asked when the release date for the Resurgence Pack comes out. It was kind of a jerk way to say it, but here's how someone responded. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]I lol'd a little. In other news, MW2ing shortly. After I get a second nuke (to get the challenge done) I may prestige again out of boredom. |

| It just jumped right to showing me that there's now the Barebones Pro and Objective Barebones Pro gametypes. The Resurgence playlist is there, but now the Stimulus one's gone. |

| Great games to everyone I played with this weekend. I had an especially good time for whatever reason. Some great games. I would list everyone, but I'm sure I would leave someone out. Hopefully I'll get another chance to get on soon. |
