Dude! The Genghis Khan skin is 1.5 MILLION to buy! MILLION! Its crazy! But, marco polo is free and I went and played 1 game online just to use it. Was pretty sweet hehe.

Getting toward platinum slowly but surely.
Still on my Hard Difficulty playthrough. Just about to start chapter 25. Only 3 or 4 treasures left to find. Got most of my Kill trophies.
Probably switch back to multiplayer for a while before I take on Crushing Difficulty.

Anyone know what exactly the game means when it describes the Shield Attacker achievement (Non trophy)? It says it's earned by "running over a riot shield 5 times". I have repeatedly attempted to attack shield wielders with melees, but just get bashed for my trouble. What exactly do they want me to do?

Had my run in with Lazarabitch last night... I was too tired to concentrate so, after about 8 or 9 deaths, I left it there.

I'm looking forward to an easy run through after this, to grab all the treasures I've missed... I hate leaving an area before I get the chance to explore it but sometimes you have to.

I have no idea about that one, Monkey, I'm also confused by the weapon pickups with the little ninja symbol on them, the ones you get after a stealth kill... Are they special in some way, or is it just the game recognising your skills?

You've already explained it yourself, actually. lol
Those items would not have been dropped if you hadn't managed a stealth kill. Usually it's grenades, but sometimes you'll get a Desert Eagle, Dragon Sniper, or the like. Those things can really help. Stealth kill whenever possible!

The ninja means you killed the guy ninja style. ALso called a stealth kill. If you stealth kill a guy that means they drop something they usually wouldn't have if you had killed them normally

Current;y at $800000 or so. Trying to make moneh to buy Genghis Khan. Plunder so far seems the best way to make cash. The games last fairly long so there's a lot of chances to get a lot of kills and earn lots of medals.

I think I know it monkey, If you have a fully autmatic weapon keep shooting the shield till the weilder is forced back onto the ground then run up to them while they are on the ground cowering behind the sheild. You should be prompted to press square which makes drake stand and jump behind the shield carrier where you are again prompted to press square again, making him break their necks.

Remember shoot the sheilds not the men.

I get what you guys are saying about the 'ninja' pickups, but I wondered if the guns/grenades themselves were special.. More powerful or less likely to alert guards or something.

Nos - if its the one I'm thinking of - after you shoot it down, you have to climb some of the dressers/shelfs right beside you to start getting up there.

Also - the one in the ice cave - you can swing close you just have to adjust the angle of your swinging to get yourself close. While you're on the rope the triangle button will show up as you're swinging to pick it up.

oooh. Yeah I swung towards it but jumped and missed the edge a lot. Gave up trying and figured I'd look into it next time round. Didn't Know about the Triangle prompt though.

I made the jump first time.

You have to let it swing a while and make sure you are pointing right at it.

Yup - thats the one. And thats exactly how you get it.

Yeah, only problem was I didn't see it until the next chapter... When you're up on the snowy roof and have the two guards to take out. I was there for ages trying to make the jump but the fall is too much and you respawn to having to deal with the guards again...

Don't feel too bad, Leo. I missed that one my first time through too. And many others. They sure got a lot better at hiding them this game.
But not good enough, wa ha ha! Got all hundred and one of them just today. Also, Charted Hard.
I'm still left with several trophies to get, though.
Run 'n Gunner, Survivor, Grenade Hangman, Charted Crushing, and my least favorite, the Steel Fist trophies. It's a pain to try to figure how many of which bullets worth of damage an enemy can take before you can kill them with one punch.
Checking my stats, it seems I've already done it 16 times, lol. 4 to go for one trophy, 10 in a row to go for the other one. yeesh.

Time for some multiplayer.

run and gunner is and easy one. just grab a sas 12 or the other shotty, get close to someone and just blow them away haha.
grenade hangman is a bit more difficult. i found it was best to try and get it in the nepal levels. lots of elevated areas to hang from and throw grenades. i need the 10 steal fists in a row trophy. ill leave that til i go back and play easy
crushing is a pain lol 2 shots and your in grey, heart beating with heavy breathing and the accuracy of the guards and stuff is way better. im going to hate fighting lezaravic

i havent doe multiplayer yet cause im afraid ill just get hooked on it and not want to go back and do campaign

Grenade hangman also can be done in chapter six. Chapter six was my saviour. After you take out the RPG soldier, hang down behind the truck and launch the nades. When you run out, just refill from the store. You should have it within one playthrough. ^^

I'm doing my best to try to get the trophies through the course of the game. Though for the sake of sanity some exceptions are going to have to be made. I really don't see a 75 kill streak on Crushing. :/ 200 GAU kills is my only remaining Weapon Kills trophy, but I can't see getting them in one go without cheating one into existence in better places than you find them.
