| i still am having the feeling that movement is not as responsive as it used to be at release for me after getting close quarters. the precision is all but gone and i have to "spray and pray" to kill anyone.
not sure how well the huge maps are going to work out for us console players though. |

| Started the campaign on hard tonight due to no homework and as I expected it isn't that great. Sure the visuals and sound design is nice but it's the same stuff as every other military fps campaign has, blow up a tank here, bomb a door here, shoot a hundred enemy soldiers over there. There were some cool set peices tho I'll give you that.
Story also isn't very good, confusing and they (dice) tried to copy the way Black Ops handled it's campaign with the interrogation mechanic which IMO isn't as good here.
I will finish it and go for the trophies since they seem to be easy to get, then no more BF3 campaign for me. |

I love online games. But I only love them if they involve skill and not noob friendly bullshit. (IE U3, U2 post 1.4 patch, GCI, CoD) the only online game I've loved to death was MAG, no panic knife, good weapon balance, there's an incentive to headshot people and more encouraging at teamwork. BF3 is just so off in all its weapon balances and mechanics its not even funny. so for now, I'll stick to my LEGO games until a skillful shooter/ MP game comes out. |

If so, I like the way you think. Hopefully Counter-Strike: Global Offensive delivers. It's my last hope for a good console shooter that requires skill and doesn't have a perk or killstreak system. |

| I've put this across to my platoon and another forum - would anyone be interested in participating in a Squad DM/Rush Tournament? We could get well over 16 squads set up in a tournament bracket. |

| What?! Choppers are easy to maneuver!
Try setting the sticks on the Jets and Choppers to Southpaw. It's similar to driving in a racing game, so if you have had any experience in that... flying just got a whole lot easier. |

Realisticly? Camos for the F2000, SCAR-Heavy, Pecheneg and L96 |

| All the camos so far have been released only for those guns. The F2k's alright, but why have more camos just for those guns? They're not the only ones in the game... |

| Battlefield 3: No Skill Required Home of where there is no gun skill and any lucky idiot who gets a lucky recoil bounce wins the gun fight. Home of where there is no run-n-gun but rather campers who sit back like **gs. Home of where you can camp in a vehicle and never be destroyed cause you have unlimited ammo/countermeasures. Battlefield 3: A game of no skill. My |

| There is gun skill, lag can affect it but if you want a game with zero lag than fast forward a few years in the future. I agree about how annoying tanks are though, needs to be more ways to take them down IMO. |

| I love throwing three packs of C4 on them, running in front of them so they see me and then blowing them up. 'Course, you have to get to the tank to place the C4 on it first, but that's very entertaining. Like the time when I jumped down on one from a building. Then I threw C4 on it, ran away and blew it up. No more annoying tank. |

Suppression increasing the firing cone really takes away from whatever amount of it there is. It doesn't help that the area of effect for suppression has been increased. Neither does increasing the strength of aim assist, further negating the need to control recoil. Tanks are quite easy for me to destroy, so long as they don't have a friend with a repair tool. It's the dedicated crews that you gotta watch out for. |
