Oh my, there are things that just gets on my bad side, but instead of going on a rant about that I have decided that I will cope with it and just have fun.
Thanks, my good chickenmumbo for the games. Sorry for not being able to get my mic out, but I can't use it during these hours over here, got too many folks asleep, haha.
Will try to be on tomorrow for a while, hope to get into some games with more of you guys then.
LOL I get the mic thing Reo, woke up the wife a wile back when I got excited trying to warn a buddy about a wolf pack coming up on him. I watched the vid that last Deathmatch we played You beasted !
Here's a FFA for you all on the Chateau! I went 15-2. I'm going to start posting matches through the Cinema mode (so useful).
Some logistics about the match:
-The boosters I'm using are Fleet Foot and Bargain. Fleet foot used to help me out strafe in one on ones and Bargain to get me quicker to the Smoke Bomb. -Medal Kickback is Smoke Bomb. This is by far my favorite kickback, along with Militia Man. -Using the M9. Like it better than the AK so far. A lot smoother. Attached to it is the faster reload thingy.
Good vid Tekkenz! I was watching it and at times wondering why you would go someplace or do something and it would pay off. I loved it at the 45 second mark when that guy was on your azz and you ran into the hole in the wall and dropped the grenade at the entrance. I couldn't believe he ran into it! EPIC move.

Oh shit! New version is live AAAAND I was right about the aim-assist on Blindfire being reduced/nerfed for the Subway version! (^_-)d I was thinking..."Man, I was getting pretty fucking good at that shit, like it was a *skill* in the beta. I should KNOW", but everyone else had been saying that it had been increased. LOLZ. Now with the recoil tweaked, hopefully my AK is back! I'm pumped to get home & play again! Woo!

From ND Re: update 10/5 "Stopping Power is back.
- RPG Kickback cost has changed from 8 medals to 10
- Sprint duration has changed from 6 seconds to 4.5 seconds
- AK-47 recoil is tuned
- G-MAL recoil is tuned
Comments have been made about the increased effectiveness of run and gun, but the accuracy has actually been reduced since the Beta. The removal of stopping power is what created this perception. So the old Spray n’ Pray remains true to the phrase. So aside from the turn radius of the sprint, your gameplay experience should be a lot closer to how it was during the Late June/July multiplayer beta.
Ughh I hate this game. I was going almost 2.0k/d the whole night and still yelling. It's like U2, where I can beast but every little thing ticks me off. The spawn system is by far the worst of any game I've played, probably due in no small part to the puny maps which are now way more vertical. Somehow ND thinks that this is a good thing but this just results people constantly spawning above and below you. Here's a scenario many of you will run into.
-See someone getting bent over a cactus by the spawn system (ie. below you, sometimes even with their back to you) -Shoot at poor soul, may he rest in pea- uh oh -Some fool spawns on one of the several spawn points near you (applicable to pretty much every place on the map) -Die because your gun doesn't kill quickly enough/laggy ND servers.
This happened to me FAR too often last night. Maybe it's because I like to rush the enemy's spawn (which is any direction now because you can't really go wrong) and I get killed by someone sitting behind a box, up on a ledge sticking out of a wall 20ft above me.
Then there's the unbelievable lag and delayed controls. Time after time I die behind cover. I know why it happens (humanly impossible to know you're being shot if the host can't tell you you're taking damage by the time the kill bullet hits) it's just frustrating to no end.
Gameplay was more laggy last nite S1lv3r.I think there is a compatability problem between us and the European servers, supposedly ND is working on it. I find spawning in the Dessert Village to be the worst of the maps I've played so far, 3 spawns in a row shot in the back right away LOL. I did run into the controls not responding a few times too. Hoping it all gets fixed. I was on when you were playing even sent you an invite. Figured you were into your own game and it sounds like your were.
the thing that is good about Beta's is that usually a company will take the feedback from the customers and try to fix the problems, sucks that I can't take part in this with you guys, oh well I have less than a month before I can go back to being able to play on the PS3 more often
I think some are overlooking the fact that when we play Uncharted 2 or 3 multiplayer , we are being connected to people all over the globe , now think for a second how much effort it is to keep a signal going across hundreds of kilometres in all directions and keep gameplay to within 1 second on screen, on either side. I can't believe all this hate on the U3 online experience when I have yet to see a lag free game . This also leads me to think of the possibility of local search options etc . So, in conclusion , online gaming hasn't advanced enough to provide this much smoothness online so I feel many are being too harsh on ND . Sure it may have a little more lag than other online multplayer games , but this is justified slightly when you take in the whole picture of what is a actually happening beyond what is onscreen.
Any help on dealing with blindfiring *BLEEPS*? I start shooting them, they run THROUGH my bullets and blindfire me to death faster than I can actually kill them AIMING! It's really getting annoying and takes a good portion of the fun out for me.
ok now i finally had the chance to play it and i have to say that there are flashes of awesomeness but its much like UC2, there are little things that piss the hell out of you.
I also find it weird how fast you level up, the first day of playing i got to the max level, i guess there are more than 60 levels.
but other than that im liking it, at a 2,70 kd and max level.

I have to admit that the lag can be annoying but I have seen much worse, its called chilling with a bunch of friends and playing MW2 Local MP, that lag is even worse than the U2 lag ever was and that is local, but you do make a good point here, Mitch, about technology not advancing far enough yet, my only question is-will it ever? It seems to me that companies care more about graphics and gameplay than they do about the internet connections, but if they ever do get a chance to fix it, I bet it will be when my kids are my age now
@vrals This isn't the beta. I'm pretty sure this is the final MP product (though I haven't seen many unlocks past level 30. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough)
@Mitch And so it begins again. Silver, shooting down people with his negative view. To start I'd like to say that there is absolutely no need to play people across continents. There where 40k people playing U2 for the majority of it's lifetime. U3 will likely get close to double that. I'm sure it can find 9 other people to play with you, where ever you may be. If ND can get a competent MP programmer on their staff they may be able to alleviate some of the lag their game has. Also games rarely have less than 100 ping (100 millisecond/1 second delay for data transfer) even those that are very local.
ND is developing an exclusive title. The least they could do is make a game that feels tight (like U2) and is responsive online. They aren't porting an Xbox game so the coding should be natural to the PS3, but it isn't/is inefficient at figuring out what's happening, etc.
I think it is fair to be hard on ND, especially considering that they have stepped backwards rather than forwards in terms of gameplay and general quality. Graphics are still good : ) Please don't let my opposing views hurt our friendship mitch, it's just how I feel.

@Reo I know right?
All's well Silver.
Your sometimes negative views and strong opinions are what drives your character and a forum does need someone who gives constructive criticism with good reasoning
@Mitch You don't realize how much that means to me. Thank you.

There are only 5 maps in the Subway MP experience Syria,Desert Village, Chateau,Yemen, and Airstrip. More maps are supposed to be released for retail I believe their will be some involving water battles in Drydock and based on the medals some kind of vehicle attacks or battles. The vehicle stuff is total conjecture on my part. Your stats will carry over from the Subway MP to the retail version.

Thank you Charlitos for playing a few games with me last night, I had a blast! Especially the 3 team deathmatches were fun, man. I honestly don't think we lost one, yeah?
