june 22 COOP FREE DLC out

I started working a little on the MP trophies last night. I got the one where you go from Blackwater to Escalera. I accomplished this on a Donkey.

It's not even the Super Donkey either, huh?
Quick question: When did you start out? Just as the sun came up, or at a flat 6AM? Wasn't sure when to start, so I haven't tried this one yet.

Got my Have Gun Will Travel trophy last night. Gotta say, clearing hideouts is a great source of exp. Got all my Lawbringer challenges done and I haven't even tried any of the competitive modes yet.

The sun wasn't fully up so I'd say about 6am. I made it with plenty of time. I tried to get the one where you're a public enemy for 10 minutes today. It's annoying as hell to try to get because some jackass will enter the game and start shooting at you. I will try it again later today or tomorrow.

Best bet would probably be to get a posse to protect you and hold somewhere with few entrances, like Gaptooth Breech. Get them to clear it before you're made enemy and stay there so it's clear.
Btw, how do you get made public enemy? Something the game decides, or do you just go on a killing spree to get it?

Oh the trophy... it was a easy one for me. If you see me playing just shoot a pm and me will host a public as no one ever shows up.

I got the trophy last night. There were only a couple of people in my free roam and they were in Mexico so I went after the trophy again. I went to Armadillo and killed everybody in the bar. I then went out on the deck and shot enough people and lawmen to get $1000 bounty. This made me a Public Enemy.

Once I was a PE, I camped upstairs in the bar for 10 minutes and shot the lawmen that came after me. They only came in 2s so it was pretty easy. After 10 minutes, I snuck downstairs and out the back door. I jumped on my horse and rode off the safety.

I almost got the FFA trophy too but some high ranker came into my 3rd game and won.

Anyone else done all treasure hunter?

I have everything in the single player except that damn 20 missions with the same horse. I'll have to start a new game to get that crap.

Closing in on my 100%. All that's left are bounty locations, and busting out everyone at the poker table in Blackwater. My best strategy seems to be showing up when there's only one person. I'll likely do it the same way I did to get the 2000 chips in one hand. That is, get a likely good hand, then just go all in from the start. If the computer thinks it's got a chance, then it'll go all in too. It's just a matter of actually winning the one hand. lol But I've got money to burn, so it shouldn't be a problem.

It does have one error though. It thinks you need bounties instead of bounty locations. Other than that it's pretty good.

Nicely done! I was right though when I first started doing my playthroughs dead eye is HUGE in multiplayer.

Yea, no doubt. Dead Eye is the key to winning.

Got a good bit done tonight. Jumped from 49% of my trophies up to 75%.
What's funny is the last one I got. The one for "evading" US Marshals while on a white horse. I was attempting to get the Friends in High Places one, but Armadillo ran out of lawmen to shoot. I figured Blackwater wouldn't have as much a problem keeping up so I fast traveled to near there. The second it loads I get a message saying that a posse of US Marshals is here to track me down.
Since I wasn't thinking about the white horse trophy, I just gunned them all down.
Trophy pops up anyway.


Apparently, "Evade" means the same thing as "Shoot in the Face".

I have learned that I won't be going after the Friends one until my second playthrough. After holding off the law for more than ten minutes I hadn't broken $2000 for my bounty. Stupid legendary status.

I finally got a copy of RDR, but its for xbox 360. I am kinda sad i wont get to party up with any of you guys when playing multiplayer.

There are so many things to do, i guess at first when you start playing its overwhelming. I am planning to stick to the story mode for a little while till i get the hang of the world around. And what a beautiful world it is, i was completly blown away. Its gonna take some special game to stop RDR from being the game of the year in 2010.

I went into the multiplayer free roam and dint know wtf was happening. I was just getting shot from everywhere for no reason. It'll take me a while figure that out i guess.

Tried to get the Public Enemy one last night. Was doing good until some noob deadeye'd me. Either that or he was a really good shot from that distance.
