| I had quite a bit of fun today in MW 2. Earlier in the day Gore was showing me how to use the Javelin, needless to say watch out Later on when I had gotten home from work I played with Secret and had a few good games and a few bad games. My best of the night was going 16-3 on Quarry. Got two of my own Precision Airstrikes, and a third out of a care package. |

| Nice one, Street.
I won 3 ranked FFAs in a row today. 30-9 was my best one, and that was on highrise (!). It started off badly and I was trailing badly, but I kept at it, changed patrol area and eventually got the Harriers unlocked followed quicly by the Chopper Gunner. |

| GG's to everyone today. I had fun playing with you all. The one thing that really pissed me off was my crappy connection lol. Game wise I was quite pleased with how things went today. Sorry for leaving you guys Eve and Banded, both times were due to bad connection. |

| What happened to Survival Sunday? We played TDMs, then I disappeared for 15 mins, and when I came back nearly everyone had gone. @Dj -- sorry, Deej. I had just started a game when your invite arrived, then Banded sent me one after that and I assumed you would be in that party as well. I only had time for one more game then anyway. |

| ggs today guys. me and dj were having problems partying up its unfortunate that the only good games i had were when no one was around lol. game after jon left i got my first AC130.. too bad it was quarry. still a good game i played a couple good games with wad and dj then i had to eat dinner. after dinner i just wanted to make it to lvl 60 because i was 3000 xp away. i went 26-0 that game i wish i had a capture card lol its so easy to spawn rhape on wasteland . we had the enemy team stuck spawning b the heli for 7000 of our 7500 points. soon as i got my AC-130 it was game over lol. it too bad it started right over top of the spawn point couldnt shoot much til it circles around enough for me to drop everything on them. i only got to effectively use 15 or so of my 30 seconds worth or time. but it was goooooood. |

We got things started earlier than usual today (about 12:00 EST) and everyone got kinda bored cuz there were about only 5 people so we went to TDM. Sorry Eatty, next Sunday it'll be the usual start time. |

| Banded, I meant to apologize to you for the other day. I think it was Thursday maybe, I completely bailed mid game. Had someone show up at my door unexpected. I think we finally had Morty too.
But gg's to all yesterday. Had lots of fun for sure. I especially like when we can get TDM's of all Axis players. Not to mention we pretty uch dominated. Good stuff guys. |

Great skills there! Don't you wish every day was like that? I certainly do. My frustration at the minute is my killstreaks are getting longer, but I lack the confidence to lose the lower end KS Rewards. I was having a really bad game yesterday though, died 4 times in a row from the start. Then got a 3 kill streak and dropped an AC 130 in my care package - 11 kills from it. Do I really want to give that up? At the moment I have Care Package, Sentry Gun, Harriers. What do you all think? Give up on the Care Package? |

| Barebones sounds like a nice change of pace. Thanks for the info there, Red. Hadn't heard a word. But if we play it now, what'll we blame for our losing? I can't console myself with an "Oh, I did so bad because he got that AC130 from a Care Package. Yup. Must be it." *sigh* Back to claiming they were lagging, I guess. - Kilmory wrote:

At the moment I have Care Package, Sentry Gun, Harriers. What do you all think? Give up on the Care Package? Congrats, Wadey. Nicely done. Way to own. Kilmory, I was in much the same position a while back. And believe me, once you stop relying on the lower end killstreaks, your game will improve. I used to run UAV, Predator, Harriers. About the best I ever did was break even. Could barely even get a kill with the Predator. (And yet I pull them about 35% of the time when others use them. lol) I switched over to Predator, Harrier, Chopper Gunner, and now have finally removed the Predator entirely and am trying for a Nuke. And getting closer. Twice I've gotten up to a 23 streak. Once I realized it was within my grasp to get a 7 kill streak to start with, I noticed an immediate improvement. Simple confidence will do it. Tell you what. Try playing with Sentry Gun, Harriers, and AC130 for a day or so. If you don't see an improvement, then switch back for a while. I freely admit that I don't get my streaks every match, but also now know that I don't have to rely on them. Rarely is my name out of the top three anymore. My k/d climbed from a .83 or so to a 1.04. Not Hoosian, but still not too shabby. |

| @Kilmory: much the same as Monkey. I don't use Hardline and I have Predator (5 kills), Harrier (7 kills) and Chopper Gunner (11) kills equipped. Two main reasons for this. First, I wanted to push myself and not rely on low kill streaks. Second, the ones I have don't involve having to call in a package, wait for it, then risk getting shot picking it up. Nowadays, I kill other people and steal their air drops. I found that once I upped the ks requirements, my own play improved as I found ways to get more kills without dying. The other night (Banded is witness) I went 10-0 on Terminal before finally running out of ammo and getting shot. |

| You boys are getting legit! The key to killstreaks, for me, is not to think about getting them. Let the first one come within the context of playing your regular game. Once you get the first one, you can start thinking about chaining them together. This is the reason that I took the nuke off. I found myself constantly looking at kill totals and playing paranoid once I got near the nuke. Then I'd be pissed when I got killed before getting to 25 kills. Now, I play a lot with Pred, Harrier, Pave Low. Just play normal till I get the Pred and then it's pretty easy to get to a Pave Low. The other night, I got 3 Pave Lowes in a game of Highrise. Too bad everybody sat inside the entire time and I got about 5 kills out of them. |
