I'm excited that I won't have a garbage start to this game. I don't think that I got my KDR above 1.0 until like level 54 or something. Now I am a more advanced player who will play the beta before the game comes out, and have lots more experience. I expect that all of us will have a 1.5 KDR or higher. My goal will to reach 2.0 and stay there for most of my U3 career. We'll be the 6th Nation beasts.

oh totally, those of us who had bad K/Ds in U2 before they came to the nation now have good K/Ds and so when we all drop into U3 we'll all have positive K/Ds and get a leg up when the game really comes out, going to enjoy that, maybe a K/D that is going to be more than just above 1.03?

If they're keeping similar things to SA I PRAY that they will at least do something to limit bunny hopping.

I also hope they touch the lag issues because geez that is crazy, can we possibly get some good internet connections? I have a friend who can't even access the internet and he lives five minutes from me, in one of the most populated areas in the states!

Good question. I do know that they are adding a sprint feature. I wonder how that will compare to the bunny hopping. I really do love to do it though. It keeps me harder to hit, and can give me time to square up a good shot if he has the initial advantage in a 1 vs 1.

well with the addition of a sprint people will have more of a reason to use that instead. I would sometimes hop, and thats because it was basically the same as running, but to hop with sprint available you will have to give up speed.

Id like it limited too... or it should have concequences...

I can forsee a lot of people over using sprint, if they keep U3 to a sort of the same way as U2 I will probably not do much of sprinting, you can sometimes sprint around a corner with someone who is expecting someone to go sprinting around the corner and then get an easy kill, if it does happen that way I will just never use sprint, I might cover ground as much as I could but at least I will never be caught off guard, I personally am going to be interested in how ND are going to implement the sprint into the game

its got limitations, you can only sprint for so long before having to wait for it to recover. (there is even a booster that increases recovery rate)

also if they makes it so that your characters makes more noise when they run that would be a great way to balance it. though im sure there would also be a booster that makes it so you wouldnt make that noise.

that does make sense about putting a limitation on the use of sprint, every game does it, but I can already see many people go sprinting around corners and players like Raist getting easy kills off of them and us all getting some good laughs/some good YT vids that lead to laughs from that

lol try being me, Static, the beta comes out the day that I leave for camp/when I'm at camp (whichever access mode you prefer), I have to wait longer than the rest of you! lol

I was thinking of PS+ for the early access beta code, but having thought about it I may just wait a week and jump in with everybody else. Give ND a chance to make any changes and that before I get used to how it plays.

I'm hoping it isn't too much of a different animal to the previous MP experience though... I always liked the way that it was so different to all the other shooters out there, when I got sick of them I always knew I could turn to Uncharted for a fresh start.

I view the Uncharted Series as the underground gaming word and COD as the mainstream, don't get me wrong here, COD is a good game and all but I get bored of it VERY easily, I never seem to get bored of the Uncharted series lol

Meh... I tried the inFamous demo when it first came out, didn't really impress me much, not enough to buy the game anyway.

What I'm really worried about are the kickbacks. I'm afraid that even if you fire the first shot, you still might get blown to pieces. Oh, and weapon customization better not affect the accuracy, rate of fire, or damage. Because I dislike COD for that.

I personally don't mind it affecting accuracy, DiT was used for that, but agree with you on the rate of fire/damage problem, that would get rid of the classic Uncharted feeling for me

Getting the 1st shot in shouldnt be the deciding factor on who gets the kill IMO.
