| Good workshop, although that sort of thing is always better when planned.
Does anyone else still need their You Can't Break Me? Even if not, is anyone interested in helping me get mine? |

| Yeah, as I mentioned, it does have some very nice potential. You and Vash make great tutors, although I didn't get that much time with Vash. Oh well, hopefully I'll get some tips from him too soon enough. That guide tour of the Fort made my day, Endlo. I just had a game where I ended up with a 3.0 k/d, which is good for me Keep it up, guys! |

Guys, thanks for doing a trial workshop today. It was rough and unplanned, but I hope it was at least somewhat helpful. They'll be better organized in the future, today was just kinda right place right time, with everybody on. Was awesome rocking a whole axis clan team last night with you guys (aside from Prizma, but she's just fun anyway). Can you fill me in on how the workshop went? I'm curious on how you ran it, especially off the cuff (impressive when done this way). I'm considering (with your and vash's permission) to plug this through the channel if you want. Let me know duders. |

Not a lot That sucks Raist, I remember playing the single player campaign on Crushing, geez I was dieing at places on Crushing where I had no trouble doing on Hard, doesn't really matter though because unless I just want to get some kicks in I'm only doing Very Easy mode for the treasures because I'd rather spend more time running around finding the last 20-25 treasures than dead lol |

Haha, I USED to get frustrated at that too, the whole "shotty-to-the-back" thing. But hey, if that's how they get their kills, be my guest. It only ruins MY game if I let it get to me. I'm not one of those "Ohh, I'll show you!" guys who step up their game when angry, it just makes me play poorly and focus on ONE guy alone. I like to be calm as a cow, helps me focus on just having fun = better games |

It does require that you press Square with the correct placement and timing. Moreover, Pull Downs are among the most satisfying kills to achieve, right up there with punching out a shotgunner and getting a headshot with a Desert-5. I don't get nearly as angry if they taunt after doing something like that as when they blindfire a few AK rounds and punch your face in. |

I guess, but I pull people down all the time with some actually strategy and planning involved and do I taunt them? Not really. I actually played a couple of games with the same people, started out using Glass Jaw/Half Loaded but then went to Evasion/Fleet Foot and one guy actually ran right up to me and punched me expecting me to have Glass Jaw, made me laugh, I do admit that this game can be a bit of a rage inducer for me but oh well |

| That'd be awesome, Raist. As to how we ran it, we did a bunch of customs, and went through a lot of information.
Reo, for example, wanted to go through map opens, so we ran through them, and along the way, we'd discuss why I did things the way I did, and some general theory on player reactions. For Reo, it segued into me showing him a few spots of interest, player traffic through those spots, and the implications and limits of cornershooting.
Charlitos ran some Shield drills with us, we discussed some of the theory behind why and when we use a Shield, and some of it's limitations. We worked some on character positioning and how to use obstacles to provide unconventional cover, and how to press that advantage.
Charlitos, Reo and I also did some grenade drills, on rolling them over cover, and how to bounce a grenade off a ledge, and some of the advantages there.
Turtlekid had largely 1 on 1 time with Vash, I know he discussed some Badge theory, the mechanics of cornershooting, and some advice with strafing.
For a random and unplanned 'shop, I was pretty satisfied with the feedback I got. I think I'd like to cover some baseline mechanics/fundamentals, and have a mix with some outlined plans, and some player led ones. This is still new territory for me, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing where this will go, and getting to work with you guys. |

I can't get an accurate grenade kill while aiming, obvious since that is more a distance throw than anything else but aiming the thing takes a while in which someone can drop you and you still don't get the grenade off. I played against a full party of people who did not speak english as a first language today, at least I think it was, and I swear that one of them was trash talking me in that language which makes little sense to me because if you want to trash talk might I recommend doing it in english just to increase the chances that the person actually understands you, just my viewpoint though Hope I can get some time in for the workshops, Endlo, always looking to improve my game, particularly with the FAL! I was also thinking that maybe you aren't doing so well on what were those maps again, Sanctuary and Ice Cave?, is that they are close quarter maps more than long range maps, I find that the FAL is a pretty good cover blind fire weapon, two bursts and the opponent is dead, works pretty effectively for me at least |

| Found glitchers today. You can bet that made my day. At least they were on my team, I guess. There were like a bunch of 5 year olds on the other team who were accusing ME of lag switching "Sorry about those glitchers on my team." "You are such a lag switching hacker!" |

"Sorry about those glitchers on my team." "You are such a lag switching hacker!" wow, there are still glitches in this game? I haven't encountered one since 1.08, laggers just annoy me because its hard to kill them but don't go around accusing people about it, 99.99% of the time it is not their fault |

So everyone who games online should learn English so they can trashtalk? Anyways, sounds like a great workshop. I'll try and catch the next one, whenever it might be. I'd like to get some new strategies and stuff going on |

| I've been playing with Endlos, Vash, and some other guys lately, trying to get a feel for the clan on uncharted 2, and the guys have been great but I'm having some problems. First, I don't get on the forums often (should change soon), and I don't have a mic, which I'm trying to buy/borrow one so I can communicate and get to know the guys. Second, my real problem, is that I've been having a lot of issues lately with being kicked out of games prior to them starting for some reason. I get the black screen with the dagger and/or crazy background music, and am forced to quit the game costing me money and really annoying the hell out of me. This is the main reason I haven't been playing with them more often. Yesterday it happened four consecutive times. I have no idea what the problem is. I assume that is with the host servers, considering I haven't changed anything on my end and this is a new problem for me. I'm wondering if it is happening to you guys as well and if it is possibly a problem with the last update. If it is me, any suggestions on how to fix the problem? -Richie PSN Agnus_Dei_777 side note: I think some of you have wondered about the name Agnus Dei, if so it's latin for lamb of god, if not oh well I told you anyway |

| Good to see you here, AD. (Yup, that's your nickname now. No complaining, or I'll change it to ADHD, or AD&D) I used to get kicked all the time, which is largely why I'm not more active on this game. Never got a black screen or anything though. |

| Vrals, really? Really? Agnus, good to see you on the forums. Sorry to hear you're still having issues. My connection issues have all been problems on my end, so I'm not sure if this could be similar. Have you tried powercycling your modem/router? Kinda basic, but it's a default step 1. If you've been having other connectivity issues, it might be a hardware issue, like I had. If that doesn't work, you could try deleting the game data, you'd redownload the update, and have to redownload your DLC. Before trying that, have you looked around for other people having a similar problem? ND has a forum set up now, maybe someone there would have a better idea of what's going on? Miss you too, Leo. I'll probably be more active soon, have a bunch of stuff going on with Job Corps and a trip to see family, but it's wrapping up. Vash is going to be pretty hard to reach for a while, he's spending a few weeks with his girlfriend. He says he'll be on sporadically, but I'd be surprised to see him much. |
