It has been VERY different since PSN came back. Yesterday I played a game where I went 28-5, and a guy was saying I cheated. The very next game gave us exactly the same teams. I went 12-14. I couldn't do anything. Next game was 13-15. Seemed like one shot killed me every time. Very weird.

I absolutely hat the MP5K. Cannot stand the recoil of the gun.
I'm back to playing the game again, but I'm only borrowing it. So if you want some games in, add me or I can add you. Note that I do not have the map packs, as I don't support spending 15$ on maps that I won't even use cause I won't play them before I give the game back.

Playing a lot of CTF for the flag captures and such for Marathon and Lightweight. After I get those, I'm gonna head back to my normal Hardline/Warlord/Hacker set up. Then I'm gonna get my sniping back with Hardline(maybe Ghost after I pro it)/Sleight/Second Chance.

People say the 74u is fixed. Its not. Still over used, and still has way too much stopping power at range for an smg. The FAMAS has the same problem as well. The only guns I seem to be dieing by are either the FAMAS or the 74u. IDK how it happens, but my reticule is always on these guys I get 5 hitmarkers, and then they one shot me. Annoying.

I just know people aren't going to understand this. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Mitch, it is fantastic that you have a determined attitude towards improving yourself however black ops is not the game you should take seriously. Perhaps you have a good ISP but if you do not and you find that lag plays a large role in your performance then you're just going to find yourself feeling like you wasted a lot of time. I've done it, trust me.

If on the other hand you find the game very consistent for you in terms of skill put in and reward coming out then by all means. I'm just saying be careful. You might make a resolution only to tell yourself afterwards "Lag is what makes me good or bad, not practice.".

This is why there was a lawsuit filed in Europe against Treyarch for releasing an unfinished product and that is why people call this game Lag Ops. Have fun just don't waste your time.

i hate when the guy your shooting flinches out of the way for your bullets. stoopid. i also noticed that the FAMAS somehow manages to work better in laggy games than stuff like the AUG. it makes not sense since they both have the same fire rate. i know its not a coincidence that i suddenly got a good connection when i chose my FAMAS class

But silver, he's only determined to improve. The only way to improve is to play the online more which I agree with completely.

Your attitude towars Black Ops seems to be setting you up for failure, if you're expecting to fail then most likely you will, like with all things in life, you need to have the right mental attitude as it's everything. I personally think that you are blaming the lag too much for any misfortune you might have you need to realise that the same is happening for people that you are killing.

I found that the more I played it the better that I got, but my trick was don't worry about your kd, I find that when I worry about it I get increasingly annoyed everytime I die and it just ends up in a downward spiral. But when I just play, don't worry about killing the last guy who got me, don't try to be rambo and don't stay in the same spot for too long I find that I have games which are much better and I have more fun.

Last night Lag was so bad that while in a FFA with Tony Teabag we emptied a clip into each other. Then Tony pulled out his Dirty Harry gun and blew my head off.

I had some awful laggy games last night.

One FFA on Firing Range, Liam & I emptied a clip into each other and we were both fine. I pulled out my pistol and shot him. I got killed by a random, then Liam dies from my pistol shot.

Looked at the game this morning and Liam and I are both shooting nowhere near each other.

If you get an even playing field where everyone has full green bars, then Black Ops can be fun, but just one or two low bars and it is either unplayable or you become invincible.
