| doesnt really add any new quests, but it does give you new stuff to do (buying or mining resources to build the houses, and actually building the houses) it gives you a reason to be thane in falkreath, morthal, and dawnstar, and adds homes for those places. It gives you a place to sink all your gold into. (I had what I felt was such an overabundance of gold that I didnt even bother collecting any more. Yet I am very low on gold and now I need to go get more. I actually went to mine iron ore instead of buying it. It adds new functions to your house. I just built an extension on one of my houses that adds a greenhouse. I then went in and added some planters to the greenhouse, and now I can plant and grow what I want and not have to find a spawn place for them. in the armory I can choose what types of weapon or armor racks I want. and in every room I can choose what type of desks and tables, and storage containers and light sources etc that I want. I can turn things like wolf pelt into a wolf head mounted on the wall. I can have cows and chickens, I can have a bard, and a carriage at my place (which is free to ride) also not sure if this is becuase it is a hired carriage or just added in an update, but now instead of being able to travel to the various holds I have 13 destinations to choose from including kynsgrove, and dragons bridge. I can actually choose who is my house carl.
so in short it doesnt really add anything major but it adds a ton of minor things.
EDIT: holy crap I can take a carriage to ivarstead. That is so game changing imo. (aside from my 1st playthrough I never went to ivarstead for the main story because it was such a pain to get to |

| That actually sounds interesting. You can build your own home? Can you do all that from scratch anyway you want? |

| 1st you are given a plot of land, then you build a small cottage, then you build a bigger one, and the 2 connect where the small cottage is the entry way into the bigger one, from there you can build an east west and north wing. each wing has 3 different options. you literally build your own house from the ground up. also a small side note. I can finally get my revenge on chickens. I can buy chickens and slaughter them to my hearts content without being reported, since I own there ass. |

| Well I'll never be getting it unfortunately . I'm not buying an xbox because some lazy dev decides to screw PS3 users big time. I would really like to see some justice in this matter so this doesn't repeat itself in Fallout 4. |

| I like the sound of it. That is really all it adds, there is no story or missions with it I heard. It is a good way to get people back into the game though. - Mitchell wrote:

I being saying something similar to that since Fallout 3 |

| there aren't any new quests unless you count the ones relating to building the houses. they are more there to guide you along then anything else. but also because of the DLC I did some quests I never bothered with before.

| Thats because bethesda's PS3 development team consists of Cavemen, using fire and primitive tools.
Poking and jabbing at different things hoping they work. |
