Good games today to Leo(even tho he only played a few) Porkchopz, Lambchopz, Killmory, and my pal Willie.
We owned a few maps, very fun watching Porkchopz get the last kill a couple of times lol.

I haven't taken off the Stinger since I got it. Anything, even a UAV, goes up for the enemy team, I bring it down.
Been multikilled too many times by those kill streaks. It's really annoying when you just keep spawning in front of a Harrier or Pave Low. The worst are chopper gunners. When one of those kills me, I pretty much just wait for it to force a respawn. The less time I'm out, the less kills they get.
These wouldn't be so bad, but with Stinger you have to wait to lock on. More than enough time for them to shoot you again. Add in that if you don't take another moment to line up your shot, they'll casually sidestep half the time, and you just have little chance.
I can't wait to unlock the RPG. No lock on, right?

Exactly Monkey, I just unlocked ma RPG's and there are no lock on requirements, I pWnd a newb yesterday after I shot the shit out of him and he still had the last stand so I did what anyone of us would do: I hit triangle, switched to ma RPGs and BAM! Headshot, oh yeah

Good games is one thing it definitely wasn't, bud... When I can't even get one kill by accident in a match I know I'm wasting my time. The enjoyment just drains out of it all and I hate playing like that..

Because I usually have Cold Blooded and Ninja enabled I can stand underneath Harriers etc without fear because they cannot see me. I just try to make sure I'm not out in the wideopen where enemy team members can see me. Cold Blooded + Stinger = Harrier pwnage. Looking forward to unlocking the RPG.

I was surprised. Those were my first FFA's and it was a lot of fun. It was nice seeing /\ at the #1 and #2 slots every game(and sometimes #3 with our new mysterious friend, lol). I still get a little aggrivated with the fact that there is always someone behind you in those games. Keeps you on your toes. Good games for sure Leo. Maybe we found a game the servers will let us play together.

Man, thanks guys for the tips yesterday. Last night I got on around 9pm (U.S. Central) and put to use some of things y'all talked about and instantly I noticed better stats. In 9 matches I had positive k/d ratios, which Jon can attest did not happen often, and only three times did I have less than 10 kills in a match.

I tried a new loadout since I was going to be more patient moving about the maps, using FAL w/heartbeat and red dot (switched out with silencer from time to time), bling pro, ninja pro and coldblooded pro, and what a difference. I was in the top three on my team (whether we won or lost) in most of those games.

I wish there was another level to bling that would allow you to equip the 2 attachments AND still get another perk from the P1 group, because scavenger would come in really handy with an increase in kills. More than once I died because I ran entirely out of ammo and couldn't find another weapon fast enough.

In any case, anyone mind if I add some friends to my list to play some matches with?

I pwned all when i first played. Ive got deployed my first UAV, Airdrop, and Predator Missile. Got my first throwing knife kill, got my epic winning game kill. I was using the predator missile, killed 2 people, the put the laptop away, then someone tried to knife me, i got up, shot 2 bullets from my 50 cal and no scope killed him, i was like. YEAH!!! EPIC WIN !!!.

So I just bought Modern Warfare 2 today with some Christmas money and so far it's pretty good. The one thing I dislike so far is that the difficulty is pretty tough. I tested onto the game recommending I play on Veteran after The Pit, but that was too tough so I dropped down to Hardened and am still having a bit of a tough time, but I'm doin much better. Did anybody else find that the game was telling them they should have been playing on a difficulty that was just too much for them? Or do I just suck lol? Also any tips/pointers are welcome.

lol. After doing The Pit the game told me to take it back to the shop and get my money back.

@ street try hiding, avoid taking fire, take shots when you have the best chance to. But what would i know, i havent played campaign, i went straight to online, but, those tips could help.

Today I unlocked the the WA2000 sniper rifle. I did a lot of grinding with it, and need to choose between either the FMJ or silencer.
The current loadout is as follows:

WA2000 w/ Thermal & (either silencer or FMJ)
PP2000 w/ FMJ & extended mags
Bling pro
Stopping power pro
Steady Aim Pro
Grenade
Flash x2

Advice?

I had that happen earlier in the year. It sucks.

And those were some good games. Wish we could've had more.

I still cant decide on my fav layout. I know I want nothing to do with being a sniper. I love the ACR, but there are a few other weapons and perks I love.

my set ups:
M16/FAMAS - Red dot sight. Akimbo .44 magnums. Frag and 2x flash. Scavenger pro, Stopping power pro, Ninja pro.
Intervention - Thermal scope and FMJ. Spas-12 - Grip and FMJ. Semtex and 2x flash. Bling pro, Stopping power pro, Steady aim pro.
Ak-47 - Grenade launcher. RPG 2x. Semtex and 2x flash. Scavenger Pro, Danger close Pro, Steady aim pro.
UMP45 - Holographic sight. Spas-12 - Grip. Frag 2x flash. Marathon pro, Light weight pro, Steady aim pro.
My 5th class is usually a random set up. FAMAS - Red dot sight. M93 Raffica - FMJ. Frag 2x stun. Sleigh of hands pro, Stopping power pro, Ninja Pro.

Kill streaks I use, Predator missile, Harrier Air strike and Chopper gunner. (douchy set up but I have it set up to get Chopper gunner FAST, 2/3 times a game)

My goal for this game is to reach 4.0 kdr, then unlock all the attachments for every gun (not including extended mags) then get max kills on every gun (not head shots) then after all that aim for a 5.0kdr.
I'm at a 3.82 kdr, 18,000+ kills. No prestige for me, I like all my weapons
