GG's to you and Leo. I could tell the host was across the pond. It took me a few games to adjust to that lag. I'm sure I was lagging to my opponents as well.

when the host lags ... i lag worse!
Though i had that one game in the rainy place where i killed Leo a good couple of time...
and i also went a 21-4 (thats kills - deaths)

I unlocked the heartbeat sensor and ACOG scope for my Barrett, but i just gotta pick which attachment to put on. Getting 10 killz with the silencer was already tough. I gave up on the Intervention today, i cant kill anyone with the silencer on, and its even harder if people are camping at your tactical insertion flares.

As i kept dying . I keep hearing the other team getting UAV's, so instead of killing, i pull out my missile launcher, lock onto the UAV and watch it fly to the ground, its funny seeing every minute or so, in the top right corner of the screen showing my name, then showing i destroyed a UAV. Ahh. I destroyed several harriers to, and 3 helicopters. Im like, HELL YEAH, ANOTHER DOWN. Then BAM!! i get killed.

Anyway, im level 13. Long way to go. lol. But atleast im not like those level 70 guys, i bet they played 24-7 just to get to that range of level.

Hoos, we should play sometime, you could he me SURVIVE for once.

it took me 22 hours of total playing time (in 8 days) to hit level 70. fastest way to level up, play domination and go for 25 kills with all primary weapons you have then after that go for 150 kills with them then 300 kills with them. easy stuff if you can get 30 to 50 kills a round in domination. do all the attachment challenges for them.


then there are WAY faster alternate ways of leveling up which idk if i can post here. its not a glitch, but sort of a boost with riot shields and a mounted turret.

i played a domination game before, i failed. EPICALY, i only got one kill but i did shoot down 3 UAV's which i love doing.

Street: Nice spec ops games before, too bad i suck bad and ended up getting us killed . But, the mission with the AC-130 was funny, i killed you with the 25mm machine gun, then you completed the restarted round afterwards . Plus it was my first time playing Spec Ops, thats why in that sniper one, on that snowy map, and you needed to be silent, thats why we failed, i forgot how to go prone . Anyway, you up for it again someday?

@ All: I seem to suck at online now . And i only like using the Barrett, or sometimes Intervention apart from thats, it the FAMAS, anyway, tips, help?

Murderous would be a good way to describe this game's Veteran difficulty. One or two bullets per life really does suck. Expect to die a lot.
However, to beat the game all you have to do is have patience and a good memory. When you die, just do your best to remember where the killing shot came from. Once you've learned to be constantly aware of your surroundings, then you get surprise less and generally die less too. Still a lot though. Just keep at it and you can pull through.

I do not like the WP. This is likely due to the fact that I suck at sniping. Tried the Intervention and my aim seemed to worsen. Just not cut out for it, and no *RWotD*Congrats! You found the Random word of the day!!*RWotD*. Oh, well. Back to Run and Gun.

I need some tips on killing people with the Intervention with the silencer on it, i just fail at all my attempts, unless they think there getting hit from a opposite direction, its too non powerful with the silencer, its 2 shot kills, if im lucky, 1 shot for getting headshot.

Is the stinger good? i seem to be ok at destroying things with my AT4 missile launcher but i was thinking, could the AT4 not be strong enough?.

The Stinger is great for taking down Harriers, helicopters, etc, but I think it will only work on vehicles, i.e., you can't fire it at a person because it needs a lock on.

@anybody: how come I shoot a guy in the chest from 12 feet with three bursts of my M16 and then he drops me with one shot and walks away? Is that lag?

Hmmm, well thats kinda crappy then, i seem to run outta ammo fast if i have to spray and pray, then my secondary is the AT4 missile launcher, and if there's no UAV, Harrier or Helicopter in the air, ill find someone, and kill em. They need reaload for that gun. 1 missile, not good enough, with stinger, 2 missiles, more fun.

Maybe while you were lagging, to him you appeared normal and killed you or you weren't lagging and he was using a more powerful gun then your current one so he killed you for the damage you did to him.

yeah, but 3 rounds from an M16 kills most people. I put 9 rounds into him before he fired.

On the topic of lag, has it caused anyone to do the truffle shuffle during a game? 'Cause that happens to me a lot (when I check the connecttions, everyone but one guy is red)

"truffle shuffle"? What's that?

Truffle Shuffle: When the terrible lag from the host causes you to inexplicable move around in random directions, as if you where shuffling about. This is often followed by finding a new host for the game.

My favorite kill last night…

It was on Invasion and Leo was on the other team. I poked my head out the door near B and saw Leo. He had the jump on me so I just went back inside the door. I knew the minute that Leo saw me he would start muttering and his bloodlust would kick in. So, I walked a few feet and put down a claymore. Sure enough, two seconds later…click click BOOM. Nothing left but Leo laying in a pool of his own bloodlust. I laughed.

gg's to everyone I got to play with this weekend. It's great to see Evey, DJ, etc on the game now. I think Leo and the 1nk guys were the only other people I really got into games with. (hope I'm not forgetting anyone). I have Thursday and Friday off, so if anyone's around, I should be on.

lol, I hear ya. My ps3 is in the living room, so if the wife wants to watch a movie or tv, no gaming for me. Saturday was the only time I got to play, but I binge played just about all day. Surprisingly not too many people jumped on, and when Eve and I played, I think we shut down the whole mw2 network. The thing totally kicked us off. I blame Canada.

Check out this guy's videos. He gets 66-3, 73-4 etc. etc.

I've watched some of his video's and he's pretty good. He gets a lot of streaks going. I'm not too high on a lot of his Domination stuff. It may be a product that he's not with a team but going at it alone.

He doesn't make any effort to go after a 2nd flag and he camps A and C a lot. That works on Terminal but every other map is about B. You camp B to win. A and C aren't that important because when you die, you spawn at one of them and can take it then. The entire key to winning Domination is controlling the B flag.

We usually throw C4 on either A or C and then immediately head to B. Once you control B then you can close in and trap the other team in their spawn area.

so eve got this game for christmas... i hate the online. dont be expecting to see me on there very much
i find it the worst when you unload a clip into someones back, die, and have the kill cam show the guy you were shooting turn around run to one side of you or the other and shoot you once or twice

i havent bothered looking at my k/d but im guessing its about .6 or so

i also found that almost any game i joined i got thrown on a team of guys around lvl 5-20 against a team of guys lvl 40-50+
