-Shoots Turtle-
Glad this thread is finally getting some activity again. It was getting kind of lonely in here.

That is true Turtle, the beginning of the game is boring because the controls are basically wired into my head after all these years lol

they are pretty much the same game, just different legendaries and in Black Version there is Black City but in White Version there is White Forest, both in the same location
Ohh I see. My sister and her friend are getting opposite versions, so I guess it really doesn't matter which one I buy.

I bought Black a few days ago, so far it's pretty good. One of my favorites so far is Woobat. Just because Woobat is so funny looking it's awesome, not to mention pretty tough too.
Since I have been getting killed at school I have had little time to play White, I'm at the second gym with a team of 5 pokemon all in the 14-15 level range
Indeed. Apparently I inspired her into completing her Pokedex on her Heart Gold. She helped me get several final ones for mine, so I don't mind returning the favor.
to be perfectly honest with you I used to care about the pokedex but not anymore, I just want a group of 6 cool looking pokemon that I can play online with and that is pretty much it lol
Well, once I got to the 350 mark on my Pearl, I just decided to go for it. Considering how close I was, why not? I think she is at 200, so she has a long way to go. I'll do what I can to help though.
I fought the last of the Unova gym leaders today, so I'm looking forward to seeing what's going to happen story wise after I finish the Elite Four. I still need to do lots of training first though.

Haha thanks Vrals. I get home from school before noon most days of the week, so I have plenty of time to sit around and play Pokemon lol.
I did however attempt to fight the Elite Four today, let me say I'm quite a ways off from being able to take them on. They each have 4 Pokemon, with three of them being high 40's and one in the low 50's. My party with an average level of 42 (a few are 45+) didn't really stand much of a chance.

My brother beat them at some point today, I was out of the house from before 9 to 6:30 so I was gone long enough for him to beat it at any time during the day
This is what he told me about it: What you said about them only having 4 pokemon, street Once you beat the Elite Four all pokemon's minimum level is increased to 60 And a new area is revealed where you can get all of the pokemon from past games, *fingers crossed for blaziken/metagross* lol

Yeah I did hear that they go up quite a significant amount of levels after only beating them once.
Kinda sucks compared to HG/SS cuz in that game they only went up in level after you got all 16 badges.
Cool about the new area as well. I'm hoping to run into Gible and Bagon lol.

Oh I LOVE bagon and its evolves, I'm hoping to run into a psychic type that I like at some point during the game, Rain Dance/Thunder combo and a Psychic pokemon using the move Psychic have to be my favorite moves of the whole series lol

I love them myself lol. My Garchomp and Salamence are two of my best Pokemon on Heart Gold. Raised them both from Lv 1 eggs with Pokerus before they hatched. They're both in their mid 50's and are incredibly strong.

I'm so proud of them cuz of the sheer amount of training that I did with them that made them so fantastically good. Raising a Pokemon from Lv 1 to Level 55 takes a really long time.
