First off, here's Vullaby and Rufflet.



Vullaby is only found in Black, and Rufflet only in White, so you'll have to do some trading if you want the opposite one. They don't evolve till Lv. 54, but that's not so bad. We're used to that cuz Dragonair doesn't evolve till 55, so that's not quite high.

Now if you think that's bad, check this out:

Larvesta seems like another one that's going to end up being difficult to raise.



Mainly because you get him from an egg, and he hatches at Lv. 1. He only learns a new attack every 10 levels, and doesn't evolve until Lv. 59.


Finally, if you thought those were bad, Meet Deino, the pseudo-legendary of Gen V.



He doesn't evolve until Lv. 50, and that's just his mid form. He doesn't reach his fully evolved form until Lv. 64. That makes him the Pokemon that fully evolves later than any other we've seen before.
